eek! Terrible Orthodontic Experience...I chose this particular orthodontic office because they were close. they recommended surgery right away to correct my bite, with help of braces.I paid them in full.They did the molds, xrays, etc. I had a moderate overbite. Nothing really major.I did have a pretty smile, but I wanted it perfect. Over the months I saw my teeth were getting worse. My face turned out a tiny bit during that time. I didn't pay much attention to it. My bottom 4 front teeth were becoming "horse like". They were sticking out a bit, not out of my face but just tilting forward a bit. It turns out doctor lai was trying to camoflauge my overbite by tilting the fronts forward. I did tell doctor lai my overbite was no longer an issue, as it kept my lips full, and I wanted no surgery and take more teeth out. I wanted to keep my teeth, but he told me surgery and take more teeth out was the only way to resolve the problem. My bite felt fine, that was not an issue at all. I asked for alternatives, he said there were none. I asked him if my face will change, he said no. I trusted him. Well I had the three teeth pulled and within 48 hours did my face shrink. I became terrified. I had never been so scared in my life. He also dismissed me as a patient after surgery fails. I have a dent in my cheek and my overbite become worse after the surgery, and I am in pain. Nowadays I am horribly depressed, and I don't know who to turn to. I did find other doctor who can't help me because too much damage. Dr lai refuse refunded me any of my money when he told me that nothing can be done. He was not very nice to me, either. For one thing he lied, telling me my face will not change after surgery. He never mentioned I would be deformed and be iin such pain. When he dismissed me he left all of the hardware in my mouth and 3 gaps. I feel so helpless and had to live with his mistake for the rest of my life.

Excellent dentists. Everybody on staff is well trained and very friendly. Very good about letting me know about the status of my health

This orthodontics clinic is very warmly welcome place and i would recommand my friends definitely.
Dr. you lai himself is very experienced and very patience with us (patiens) too. And alos the stafffs are very kind and helpful.
Definitely a YES for all !

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Lai's office. The wait was reasonable and the office staffs were very friendly. Dr. Lai himself was very skilled and kind. He was efficient with his time and very thorough. I would recommend his clinic to anyone who would require their services. One of the best clinic visit experiences all around.

Dr Lai only over sees his patients, all his interns do the work(not actual orthos) some are good but most are bad at it. To make it even worse I used to be a patient there a few years back and was sitting on the chair and heard how one of the interns saying "ewww numberous times out loud and told the girl patient she has bad teeth and on top on that she even said "floss much" I think the patient ended up crying afterwards and left after dr lai showed up. When the girl left Dr lai said nothing to the black chubby women intern and went on with his business.
All this guy cares about is money, the place may have a great view, and clean, but their service is 2 out of 5. If you want the best possible results for your child, go to see a real ortho instead.

Great results! Very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone. It took a little longer than estimated time. 30 months instead of 24. It's worth it. The doctors care about the patients and results.

Very responsible doctor. Take cares my teeth well. And always provide great consultations whenever you have question. Charges are appropriates. I got my treatment well and my teeth are beautiful now. Very satisfy!

He just do not care about his patients as long as they pay money. And after when his "pupils" take off your braces, he just do not care whether or not your teeth are pretty. By the way he never sees his patients unless he feels like it and his "medical students"(who do not know everything) see the patients. And it is very expensive.

i've have had him for six years its getting annoying... they hardley ever do anything when im there... and it takes forever to get seen...
