About Front Desk: In addition to that, the office manager wanted to charged me a co-pay after the appointment. I told him that any fees related to the appointment should have been ran by my insurance and if any service is not covered than they need to tell the patient upfront and before the appointment. The office manager (male) told me that if I don't pay, he will put me on collection and they don't care if I sue them or not. He was completely rude and aggressive. I was in shock with such aggressiveness that he affirmed to me they don't offer friendly customer service there. He kept saying that I should not worry about "my" money but in fact he was trying to make money out of it. They are really a rip off dentist office. DO NOT GO THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!
