Dr. Kelly and his entire office staff are very good at what they do. Very few times during my year of braces did I suffer untoward pain, and when something felt loose or out of place (which was not often) they were quick to make time to check up on it. There were never problems with billing, insurance, or payments throughout the process. His front desk staff is exceptional--one would be hard pressed to find receptionists with a better sense of humor. They definitely help take the sting out of a tightening! Dr. Kelly himself is by necessity somewhat dry as far as chairside manner goes--but instead of feeling aliented one feels reassured that this is a competent man who knows his business very well. Not once in the proces did I feel like Dr. Kelly or one of his staff were at a loss for what to do. My highest recommendations if you're anywhere on the southside of Inidianpolis!
