With thousands of dollars worth of dental work behind and ahead of me because of rushed orthodontics I can give you a factual review. I wore braces for 3 years (1989-1991) and have had many dental procedures as a result of his treatment plan. Even to this day, I can vividly remember him removing my braces, he was twisting and snapping them off, and I was terrified he was snapping off my teeth and just seemed annoyed when I got upset. From that point on, I have had countless issues, but these 3 are the most disturbing to me. (1) I have had to endure 3 gum replacement surgeries because of teeth moving too quickly for the gum to reattach (removing skin from roof of mouth & sewn onto gums, (2.) 4 dentists (2 DDS, surgeon, dental implant DDS) have disapproved of what has been called 'borderline malpractice.' (3.) Dr. Jackson removed 4 main healthy teeth--when xrays show other options. I am sickened to hear an old school term "4 on the floor"--the name for outdated procedure. I have had to have two dental implants ($4,000 each) to correct a few of the issues he caused. I am gathering my records and I will have an attorney examine whether I can get reimbursed for the $25,000+ worth of damage Dr. Jackson caused.

My son had orthodontic treatments from Dr. Jackson. What I liked most was that he was open and honest with what he thought my son needed and most important for me what the cost would be. We did not have dental insurance that covered braces, but I knew going in what the cost would be, what I needed to pay upfront, and my monthly payments. I could not pay the expected down payment and he worked with me so that my son could get the treatment he needed. I don't know whether it was expensive compared to other orthodontists. I couldn't get anyone else to give me their cost up front. I appreciate the candor and willingness to accommodate.

He is a great dentist. They have great service....my sister and I love the atmosphere.
