He is the best orthodontist for adult patients in the city of Chicago. My results were more than perfect and the follow-up service is always friendly and warm.

Dr Handelman treated me as a child and again as an adult after I suffered a trauma to my jaw. Both times, the treatments were incredibly successful. Every time someone compliments my smile I say a quiet thank you to the man who helped me get it. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

He'll get the job done, and it'll get done in a reasonable amount of time, but it's not exactly painless. The office setup affords zero privacy, which can be embarrassing for young children getting work done if this is a concern. The staff are all extremely kind and caring. Handelman is experienced and knowledgeable, often accommodating orthodontia emergencies at the last minute. I however had to do a number of adjustments to my braces, and a post-braces failure to catch a problem left me finding a new orthodontist.
I would recommend shopping around.
