Receptionist is the first contact with the customers. No matter how skilled the doctor is, if the receptionist turns off and turns away current and potential customers, how successful can the practice be.
About Front Desk: Does not even deserve a single star. I would rate five turkeys if that were the option. The staff is very rude, especially a receptionist named Veronica. Other receptionist are not much better. I am definitely telling my Dentist who refered my son to Dr. Tabata's practice about my expericence with rude staff and I will recommend him not to refer any of his patients in the future.

I would NOT recommend this orthodontist to others. My daughter and I had a horrible experience. Defective equipment put in her mouth, untrained & rude staff , very little attention was paid to detail on so, so, so many levels. It's a very long story that could have all been avoided. Basically: I HIGHLY reccomend going somewhere else...quickly!

I had braces 20 years ago with Dr. Tabata. I had to have them again due to certain matters. I had the speed braces and man they did the job. My teeth are GREAT!! My smile is wonderful. The staff at both offices are sweet,caring,understanding,patience,kind. I could go on about them. They worked with my payment plan and worked with me even when I was laid off. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Tabata. Thanks for the wonderful results!!!! Everyone there ROCKS!!!

My grand daughter had treatment 6 years ago...her teeth were very misaligned with an extreme overbite., causing her to bite her lower lip. After treatment, she refused to have some of her baby teeth extracted and this caused her permanent teeth to grow in like fangs. We are are again with Dr. Tabata - she loves this orthodontist. The staff is so polite, nice and professional. You never have to wait for long periods of time to be seen as appointments are booked to the capacity they can handle. I'm so angered to see bad remarks made about this man..he's terrific and so is his staff!!!!!

Dr. Tabata is very rude and not approachable. He is pugnacious in character and easily angered. We are afraid to even make eye contact with him anymore. Unfortunately, I paid him in full and after almost 5 years with braces from his office, my teeth are still misaligned. I wish I had known about him before I ever got started with him. He snaps easily if spoken to.

While Dr. Tabata is very nice he has his staff do all the work. Unfortunately, they go through many assistants every six months. The assistant will ask you if there is anything wrong with your treatment which doesn't make sense because then they are scared to tell him what your problems are when he comes to your chair. I have seen about 10 assistants come and go. Some are grouchy some are very nice. If you find a nice one that actually tells Dr. Tabata your concerns you can request to have her next time. Dr. Tabata does not want to hear you complain. But if the assistants dont tell them your concerns step up to the plate. For the most part he is very aloof of what is going on in his office. He will tell you to wear your rubberbands one way then on your next visit tell you that you were doing it wrong way and tell you to do it another way.

Dr. Tabata was my orthodontist 16 years ago and has now done treatment for my daughter with excellent success. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Tabata is the best in orthodontics. The cost is not the cheapest around but with Dr. Tabata, in my experience, you will have successful results within a very reasonable amount of time.

I HAD MY BRACES ON FOR 6 YEARS AND DR. TABATA DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO HELP ME GET THEM OFF AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE WHOLE FACILITY IS VERY WELCOMING. NO PAIN, STRESS, OR ANYTHING. HE IS AN AWESOME ORTHO. NEXT YEAR I AM GOING TO COLLEGE TO BECOME AN ORTHODONTIST. HE INSPIRED ME TO BECOME ONE. THANKYOU DR. TABATA
