Absolutely horrible orthodontist! Everything about this place is terrible. The technicians who work here spend more time watching television than paying attention to the patients. They do not listen to your concerns and they always blame the patient. The orthodontist is horrible and does not know what she is doing. Braces did not work! I would advise everyone to stay away from this place or you will be very frustrated.

We had selected Dr. Crandall over another Orthodontist because she stated the braces would be on for about 15 months. It was 2 years, the same estimate the other Orthodontist, who was less money and had MUCH better customer service. Also, we were billed for things our insurance had paid for and didn't find out until I reviewed an insurance statement. It then took a month to get a refund, which was smaller than I calculated it should have been. The braces did not seem to be a painful as my other child's - who had gone to the other Orthodontist, but I certainly went through pain and anxiety. Also, because we did not want to take our son out of school for his appointments, we always waited a minimum of 40 minutes (once for over 1.5 hours) before he was seen and the waiting room never had enough chairs and the ones that were there were not comfortable.

My mother went to see her to get braces, and was told it will take 1 year but it took over 3 years instead. She is personable, but she also tried to sell us QuickStar products. Her methods were also old fashion and highly ineffective. The treatment was also very painful and unsuccessful.
