I needed a new dentist so I gave Dr. Bales a shot. Honestly, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. Although everyone was very nice, their skills as a dental office was less than satisfactory. The assistants seemed like they were just out of school and didn't really know what they were doing. Certainly did not instill a sense of confidence.
They had to redo a crown impression after the first one did not fit. When the 2nd crown came in, it didn't fit either. Dr. Bales spent 2 hours grinding it down to fit. A year later, when I was able to go back to my regular dentist, he said the crown has to be redone because it is does not fit correctly with my other teeth and will cause problems.
He hates to criticize another dentist, but he also found some problems with other teeth that should have been caught by Dr. Bales.
Just an awful experience.
