I have been so pleased with the care that I have received from Dr. Kiecker and her staff members. Dr. Kiecker is friendly and respectful and she cares so much about her patients. She is so good about explaining what needs to be done. We are so fortunate to have her here in Madison.

About Front Desk: Gail is a delight. She remembers everyone's name and is so friendly and efficient. What more could a patient ask for?

About Hygienist: Kelsy does an excellent job cleaning my teeth and remembers the spots where I have sore gums and that I need the the most gentle setting for the water spray. She is always cheerful and never hurries. As a result, I am always comfortable. I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Kiecker replaced a crown and I hardly felt a thing! It healed very well and looks great. I was nervous because I had had my previous dentist for 30 years. She is very gentle. The numbing shots didn't even hurt.

About Hygienist: Lorrieann is a fantastic hygienist. I have the extensive cleaning every 3 months, and she does a wonderful job. Is very kind and friendly. Never hurts! Alba and Jessica are the dental assistants who have cared for me, and they are also fantastic, gentle and kind.

Went in for a standard cleaning, it was about a year since my last cleaning. The facility was nice and the cleaning and consultation was great. No complaints, I got every thing I expected out of the appointment, and had a good experience overall.

Dr kiecker is extremely professional, friendly, and highly skilled at what she does. She makes you feel at ease with her confidence and she will give it to you straight when she has to. I went in for my first root canal ever and I've never gone through dental work before. I felt nervous before my appointment but when I got in the room and started talking to dr kiecker I felt like it was no big deal and instantly relaxed. She's got an "I've got this, don't worry about it" attitude and that's what you want in someone working on your teeth. They sat me down, strapped some headphones on me, and I was blissfully ignoring everything else going on. As for the cost i switched from my old dentist and I saved over 2k for the exact same procedure with better care than I would've expected at the competitor. I've referred several people and I plan on sending everyone I know there eventually.

About Front Desk: Extremely friendly staff. They all will do whatever it takes to be as convenient as possible. Good at scheduling and reminding you of appointments.

About Hygienist: Great chairside manner, completely understanding of my weird insurance situation, quick, to the point, gave tips and pointers, and everything you look for in a hygenist

I chipped a tooth and Dr. Kiecker took care of it to my complete satisfaction. There was no pain and everyone in the office was very friendly and professional, including Dr. Kiecker. When I left the office everyone said goodbye and wished me well. I'd recommend her to anyone.

About Front Desk: Gayle was also very friendly and welcoming, putting me at ease right away. I'd also give her 5 stars.

About Hygienist: Alba was very good and, like everyone in the office, was very professional and kind. I'd give her 5 stars.
