About Front Desk: AWFUL - incompetent and rude. One time I came a few days before my insurance kicked in, and found out at the front desk, and they almost yelled at me. One time I needed a crown so I asked for estimate. It took them about FIVE rounds of trying to give me an estimate, never complete. Finally they came up with a number, and forgot to check if my insurance covers it. It doesn't. One time I came for X-ray and tattooed young lady didn't even speak with me, she gave me dirty looks, and took wrong X-ray. I could see that the tooth in the corner wasn't in the pic. I told her politely. She gave me dirty look, went somewhere, came back, told me to shut up and that X-ray was ok. I told her loudly in front of everyone that I do not wish to ever see her again. Next day I was seeing Dr. Deveroux at 8am and manager called me on my cell phone at 7:30am to tell me that she is cancelling my appointment and my patient status. I was in pain and asked to be seen - Dr. Deveroux saw me for 5 mins, didn't really do anything for me, and told me that he can't train his staff anymore bc there are too many of them.
