Terrible experience! I have been stupid enough to have one bad experience after another with Dr. Jonov. I have finally educated myself and now know WHY I have been so unhappy. He is NOT a board certified plastic surgeon. He has refused to refund my money and wants to :attempt: to fix my botched botox for a THIRD time!! Are you kidding me??? Horrible bedside manner. Haughty and downright rude. Save your money and avoid this place!!

I recently had my second Dental Implant Surgery and also a tooth pulled at The Facial Surgery Center of Seattle. Dr. Craig Jonov, along with his staff, was very, professional and knowledgeable and made my appointment a relaxing, pain free experience. Dr. Jonov is extremely skilled and professional, yet caring and calming. The actual procedure took less than one hour. I would highly recommend Dr. Jonov for anyone who needs an Oral Surgeon.

After years of putting this procedure off, I decided to go with Dr. Jonov to extract all four of my wisdom teeth. Not only was my experience painless, but I never experienced one bit of swelling. Thanks! Dan Rundle - Shoreline

I live in Vancouver, BC and I needed to get my wisdom teeth taken out. I looked all over for a dentist in the local area, but decided that it would be best if I looked outside of Canada. I looked in the Seattle area, and Dr. Jonov had several positive reviews. Very happy that I found him, and would recommend him to anyone.

I went to Dr. Jonov to have some work done on my jaw after a very bad auto accident. I was very impressed with not only the staff, but with Dr Jonov himself. He made me feel very comfortable, and was successful in the implants that he did.

Awful experience all around. The office staff were ok but the doctor himself is awful. I've never had so much pain in my life and I'm not slouch when it comes to pain tolerance. His chair side manner is the worst I've ever experienced and he does not take any time or bother to educate the patient. The worst experience ever with a doctor.

This is the worst doctor I have ever been to. This man is cocky, defensive, rude, curt and has zero bedside manner. I expressed concerns about the procedure beforehand and he blew me off. He's the doc, so I went ahead and trusted him. Not only did my procedure go poorly, he sent me home with a flyer notifying me that there had been complications with very vague instructions for how to take care of myself after surgery. He insisted he told everything to my escort to surgery who said they were not told anything. I spent the weekend in agony and when I went in for a follow up and expressed my concerns, Dr. Jonov blamed me and my escort to surgery for "not following directions". Well, if you had a more comprehensive set of written instructions addressing my 'complications', then I would not have suffered for so long or been so worried about how things had gone. Dr. Jonov needs a lesson in empathy and to step down off of his pedestal and listen to his patients. Don't blame the victim of your negligence, Doc.
