I had never had a toothache before, but while on vacation, I got one. The time share where we were staying referred us to a dentist. That was a horrible mistake! We went, and they tried to pull the tooth. After shaking my head back and forth,(for an hour) I request that he put me to sleep. (which he could NOT) So he (this want-to-be dentist) sent me to Dr. Moxley. (Thank God) By this time I'm crying because I've never felt this much pain. (and I had a NINE POUND BABY) We walk in the Dr. Moxley's office. After giving my information and medical history to the very professional staff, my HERO appeared! He said, "did I hear you say that you recently had knee surgery?". I said "yes", and he asked me did the other dentist give me a antibiotic shot. (which he DID NOT) Dr.Moxley took care of that. I looked up at him and asked him if he could part the red sea (he said NO). I asked if he could turn water into wine (he said NO). I asked can he get this tooth out of my mouth, (he said I'll try)....and HE DID! (in very little time, after he made sure that I was calm and comfortable.) I live in Pittsburgh, but my dentist is in Las Vegas, why? Because...The Moxley Crew is the BEST!!

Dr. Moxley did jaw surgery on my daughter. He made a mold of her mouth to practice on before the surgery. The day of surgery he made her very comfortable before and after with the correct medication. He even gave us his cell number to call if we had a question at any time, and we did. He couldn't have been nicer when answering it. He does not do surgery 10 days prior to leaving town in case there is a complication. When we returned for our 1st post op visit my daughter was dehydrated and they IV ed her in the office with great care and gentleness. You'd have thought we were their only patient all day. His calm bedside manner is a god-sent. He even offered to help cam down my mommy fears. We'll be back for daughter #2 wisdom teeth extraction. I highly recommend him and his caring staff, even the girls answering the phone genuinely care about what they do. Refreshing for Vegas.

My elderly mom needed a gum biopsy and Dr. was WONDERFUL with her. They are VERY busy, but the staff is attentive and kind working people through as quickly as possible. If you HAVE to see an oral surgeon, Dr. Jeff is a great choice no matter what your age. Harkening back to my wisdom teeth at age 18, I wish I had had him THEN!

I was told to go to him by a friend. Very fast. I had wisdom teeth removed right before they closed and I was at work the next morning bright and early. I could drink and eat anything without trouble. Fast and clean work. And I only paid $20.

My dentist told me I had to "let go of my wisdom teeth" which I was planning on keeping forever! Dr.Moxley had just got back from vacation and his staff scheduled me for the next day, even though he was booked up. I will be honest, when I first got there I was nervous. It was a small waiting room and there were so many people sitting, standing and waiting outside. Once I was called back I met with an amazing woman on his staff. She explained every detail and answered all my questions. She relieved most of my fears. After, I was sent to one of his surgical asst., she was just as wonderful. Then he came in, so I had to say my last goodbye to my teeth. I awoke and he was gone and my teeth were removed. I had no pain, it was amazing. His entire team loves him and thinks the world of him. First impressions are not always as they seem, I have never been to suck a compassionate, comforting, friendly office. Dr. Moxley gave me a safe and comforting feeling when he first walked in. His staff treated me like I was a friend of their's. If you want the best treatment, kindest and all together perfect experience....I recommend this Dr. and his team. This Dr. has the knowledge, experience and the team you are looking for!

If you are nervous please see DR. MOXLEY!!!! He is AWESOME. I have had about 10 teeth ( root tips ) extracted. He spent time consulting with me before every single procedure. He is one of the most relaxing people in the world to be around. Dr. Moxley is honest, reassuring and allows you to have some control over your visit. He really listens to your concerns and will talk you through the procure. I was awake for all 10 extractions ( over 4 visits) and at NO point have I ever felt ANY pain. I also feel very little soreness after. I have refered several friends to Dr. Moxley over the last few years and have never had a complaint. He really makes a relatively dreadful experience uneventful and as easy as can be.

In January I had 12 bottom teeth removed from Dr. Moxley. I followed the instructions to the letter & had no complications at all I had the normal swelling for the first 3 days but no bruising! I was very pleased by that. 20 years ago I had a different oral surgeon remove my upper teeth & 2 wisdom teeth, maybe it was me but my recovery didn't seem to go as well as this time & my jaw was all black & blue. It could've been the frequent ice packs I used. Dr. Moxley is so down to earth, I just felt so comfortable in his care. I almost forgot, my husband had his upper teeth removed 2 yeas ago from Moxley, that's why I went to him. My husband likes him very much also.

For my daughters wisdom teeth, my insurance company says Moxley's staff did not put in my insurance claim for over two years and the insurance company has a limit of one year for claims. The result is that Moxley's office has repeatedly billed me personally. This is frustrating.
