Dr. Prinsell had excellent bedside manner. What really struck me was how kind he was and how interested he was in helping me. He really took my questions and concerns seriously, and he took the time to explain to me what was going on, which I appreciate. I highly recommend him.

WARNING. Dr. Prinsell does honor the rates negotiated with dental insurance carriers. When quoting costs, Dr. Prinsells' staff will quote you the non negoiated rate which is much higher. Make sure you understand your insurance carriers negotiated rates BEFORE agreeing to any procedures.

I have had oral surgery done twice by Dr Prinsell with great results and no pain or awareness during the procedures and minimal pain post op with absolutely no complications. He called me the same day after each procedure to make sure I was okay and to go over the post op instructions again. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of oral surgery.

The worst that I have ever seen in a dental professional. We were pressured into doing this treatment right away, we were told the cost, paid upfront and we continue to receive bills and threatening letters from his billing staff. Very unprofessional.

Dr Prinsell is knwolegeable and very thorough about his work. The cost was more expensive than I expected. I was told services were not to exceed $3000. When we came in for consultation and procedure...the charges were way above what we were told over the phone. The facilities are in awful condition. Carpet looks filthy and dirty, walls at the waiting room have marks/stains were people rest their heads, the fake plants are dusty and old and the furniture...since you have to wait a minimum of 2 houtd to be seeing.....is very uncomfortsble.

About Front Desk: Aparently they double book their patients; and when I inquired, their excuse was that it was office rules, per Dr's demand. They don't give you any detailed explanation....very short. The front desk girl is not friendly at all. Not caring at all.

I had consulation only and was going to get OA as Dr. Prinsell recommended. However he told me that I will have to pay over $3000 in addition to $1475 I have already paid. At my first appointment, they told me the $1475 I paided would covery everything. At my second appointment, the doctor said to me "no $1475 you paid is for consulation only". I have never in my life had to pay that much for an consulation. All he did was to exam my head/mouth and take 3 x-rays.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff tricked and lied to me about fees.

The office staff is so rude, they hang up when just asking questions, the wait at 10 in the morning was 3 hours long, no communication, no where to get food or drink, they told us it would be 1 hour and 5 hours later we are still there, rude!!!!!!!

Had to have 4 wisdom teeth removed, went to Dr. Prinsell. The initial consultation with Dr. Prinsell was wonderful. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable. Cut to surgery day...I woke up in the middle of surgery - in extreme pain. I remember trying to talk, and moving my hands to get the doctor and staff away from me. Then I heard a staff member say, "she's awake, she's awake" and then I was out again. The recovery process was normal although I did have a dry socket. I came into the office daily with no issues and the staff managed it. I did start to notice additional symptoms of headache, ear and jaw pain exceeding the time of the dry socket healing. I went back to Dr. Prinsell with these complaints, he immediately took x-rays to make sure he fully removed the teeth. The results, accoeding to him - were all fine. Not getting better, I went to see my GP. I explained my symptoms to her and with an exam - she diganosed me with TMJ. I told her the full story of my recent surgery, she said most likely - the doctor overextended my jaw to get my winsdom teeth...which explains me waking up during surgery in extreme pain - fast forward 2011, I'm still deaing with the pain of TMJ, somthing I wil have to manage for life.

I am 4 months pregnant and already weary of having any work done in my mouth, but Dr. Prinsell was so great! I had to come in for an emergency extraction, and wanted in ASAP due to severe pain. The office staff was able to get me in for my consultation within an hour of me calling, and the surgery was set up for immediately afterward. They even called my OBGYN to make sure novocaine/laughing gas was okay for baby. I expressed to Dr. Prinsell my fear of the dentist, and he was entirely sympathetic, stating that he'd talk me through the infected tooth's extraction. The entire process only took about 15 minutes, and the 2 assistants that were in the room with me were also wonderful. One of them let me squeeze (crush) her hand while the tooth was being removed. A few hours after getting home, Dr. Prinsell called me personally from his home phone to check up on me, and stated that if I needed anything, "even at 3:00 am" to give him a call. After wishing me well, he reminded me that after I give birth, I'll be due in again for my wisdom teeth removal. I will absolutely go back to him for said operation. Now, if I could only find a dentist this amazing! I highly recommend this office for any oral surgery needed!
