Dr.Cederbaum is the only dentist my girls have gone to. They have been in her chair for over 20 years! We have a great relationship with her staff and are very happy with the treatments, hygienists and overall care. When money was tight, the awesome office manager, Ann, let us make small payments until we were paid off without penalty. Love, love, love this office!

I'm sad that my long time hygenist just retired, but I can count on them to have someone just as wonderful for my next visit. I go four times a year due to my gums being less than healthy, and I've had a few fillings done there as well. I've never had a single time when I was less than please with their service or their work. They have TVs with nature videos to watch while they work. (I don't know if you can ask for other shows...)

Dr Cederbaum does excellent work. Dentists can often, even unconsciously, do more work on your teeth than you need. Dr. Cederbaum has alway been conservative and only does the work necessary for oral health. I live in Everett, but I drive to her office as she is the only dentist I trust after 40+ years of dealing with dentists. I once, (four or five years ago) tried to change to a more local dentist. I had a tooth that was starting to abcess. he told me I need to have the tooth removed and have an implant put it. This would have been a two year process and very expensive. I would also lose my tooth. He told me to not to try a root canal as it would fail. I was concerned and went back to dr cederbaum for a second opinion. She told me the tooth could probably be saved. She performed the root canal and crowned the tooth. It has been fine ever since. She essentially saved one of my major molars. Teeth are something we all take for granted until they are gone or we are in bad pain. Dr Cedebaum has always ensured my teeth remain in great health. I would recomend her to anyone..

Staff has changed. Used to be very helpfull. Would not assist me when I broke my tooth. I asked if the Dr. could call me and said it was emergency and the receptionist refused to even take a message.

I did not have a good experience with this office. Communication among staff was poor, and as a result I did not get the retainers I had asked for. Then, when they admitted to the mistake, they further displayed their incompetence by charging me for them. All my appointments began late, which I found annoying considering they were AM appts. I had minimal interaction with Dr. Cederbaum, and must say my bad feelings reside mostly with the hygenists and the desk personnel- which I find to be a reflection of the dentist.... I had two appts, and will not return.

I've gone to Dr. Cederbaum my entire life and have always been treated with respect and compassion in both Redmond and Seattle offices. Her office is beautiful, and very on time. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. She removed my wisdom teeth with great success when I was a teenager (I was out at the movies the next day!), no complications and little pain, and has also filled my one and only cavity - she did a great job - there have been no further problems and you can't even tell I ever had a cavity. The best part is that I'm a busy person - and I'm never stuck waiting there - I'm always in and out with little downtime. Highly recommended.

The hygienist gals who work with Dr. Cederbaum are kind, efficient, and skilled. Great chair-side manners. Front desk is helpful without being pushy, and have fit me in at least twice on short notice for emergency care. I've never have had to wait more than 5 minutes to get in a chair for my appointment, much to my magazine-hording dismay. Not cheap, especially for the non-dental insured (though there is some minor discount), but is quality dental work ever cheap?

Both the dentist and the hygienist seemed very knowledgeable and efficient, although they left my wife alone for several minutes in extreme pain with her mouth propped open during a cleaning--she has TMJ. The people at the front desk are friendly, as is the rest of the staff. I thought the costs were very high.
