He has been our dentist since he began his practice...at least 30 years ago! Everything from cleaning and hygiene to changing my bite, veneers, crowns, fillings...we are in our 80's and have almost all our own teeth! Always professional, gentle, kind and caring, but somewhat expensive, but one gets what one pays for! We have recopmmended him highly!
About Hygienist: He always hires the best hygienists, and treats them very well. They are always up to date and well-trained in the latest techniques, kind and efficient

I started seeing Dr. Spreen and his staff when I lived in the Seattle area. I now live 100+ miles away and still go only to them. Dr. Spreen has always given me options when it comes to dental care, and his work is beyond excellent. Dr. Spreen and his staff are more like family than my dentist, and I can't imagine going to anyone else.

I have been with Dr. Spreen's office for roughly 15 years. In that time, he and his staff helped guide me through major gum restoration, then braces and orthognatic surgery to correct a bad bite. (Three outside specialists were involved, including Dr. Sam Lake for orthodontistry and Dr. Dale Bloomquist for surgical correction.) I also suffer from difficult plaque and bruxing/grinding. In general, the services I received were outstanding. Spreen's office is extremely attentive to the latest thinking, to plaque and periodontal challenges. Hygienists are excellent: very thorough, sensitive to pain issues, and trained in the latest procedures. For example, the office invited me to participate in pre-release tests of the original SonicCare toothbrush. Spreen also has close relationships with other specialists, a key consideration for people with needs beyond simple maintenance. I am considering switching to another dentist primarily because of commute distance, but otherwise would recommend highly.

Overall a great dentist. What I don't like is the initial 'consultation appointment' where you sit and talk for an hour and then the bill shows up. Also, his pricing is pretty steep, so check with your insurance. What I do like is the staff, the relaxing atmosphere, and Dr. S certainly knows his stuff. I will continue to go there!

Dr Spreen and his staff make going to the dentist a pleasurable experience. Dr Spreen is the dentist that other top-notch dentists go to. Do yourself and your teetha favour, make an appointment.

Before meeting Bob Spreen I hated dentists, not only is he very gentle, but the results are awesome, even when living abroad in Europe for 2 years I was still going back!

Dr. Spreen's main concern is patient comfort. He always says how much he hates pain and wants none of his patients to be uncomfortable.
Dental hygienists are excellent and very friendly.

Office staff was great in dealing with insurance hassled.
Dr. Spreen is extremely friendly, relaxed and competent.
