I went in to get a bridge for a missing tooth . He said I not only needed the bridge with the false tooth other crowns for my molars. Everyone of them was too short ruining my bite. When I mentioned this to him he got upset asking me if I thought he did not do a good job, I replied, I did not say you did a bad job, I said the crowns are too short. He grabbed my jaw telling me I did something to my bite between appointments after a very brief exam and left telling the dental assistant to finish up. He was rude, hurt my jaw with his grip and had an indifferent attitude. He has one door out into retirement and cares less. I went to another Dentist who recommended I see a bite specialist. This will cost me much anxiety and stress let alone the financial costs. He was paid in full over 7 thousand dollars. I would NOT recommend him at all. Not even for a cleaning when he did not even bother to resolve things or call to see what he could do. He just did not care. I was afraid to go back to see him.

About Hygienist: She was kind but did not say anything, even when the dentist grabbed my jaw or lose his cool with me. After that I didn't feel comfortable with any of them.

Office staff very nice, office clean. The dentist? When I told him my new crowns didn't feel right and felt short, making my other teeth hit hard, my front teeth especially. He caught an attitude and said " are you telling me my crowns are short? I said " i'm telling you my teeth are not hitting correctly" His answer was "what did "you" do to your bite since the last time you were here? and blamed it on my Chiropractor, who adjusted my neck a week earlier. Needless to say I saw another dentist who sent me to a bit specialist, he is afraid that I may need to redo all my crowns but are worried of removing more tooth material to correct this. I am nervous, worried and can't eat well because of this inconsiderate Dentist. Not to mention his "man handling" my jaw when he grabbed my jaw and tried to force move it to make the bite line up the way he wanted it to. Not happy with this dentist at all. We could have worked this out together until his egotistical attitude and physical roughness surfaced.
About Hygienist: The hygienist was kind. But I feel she is saving her job and not saying anything, The bad bite, is very obvious, its is visible and the paper slides out from my teeth easily.

My Mother Always Said,
It is good to express gratitude towards others. However, remember that you must be sincere and truthful with your words. And you must also be discerning. Most people are nice and well intentioned, but not all are exceptional. Use discernment.
It is with discernment that I write this sincere expression of gratitude toward Dr. Foreman. It took me a while to find the right dentist, but now I know that I have finally found the best in the Valley of the Sun. No more discomfort. The discomfort of a cracked tooth is now gone given his correction with a firmly fitting ceramic crown. Soon the discomfort of previous improper fitting crowns will be gone due to the proper replacement and fitting of new ones by Dr. Foreman.
There just may be a side benefit to the quality work of Dr. Foreman? Less frown lines, less stress lines around my mouth caused by scrunching up my mouth due to the previous discomfort of the cracked tooth and the ill-fitting crowns. A nice reward! Dr. Foreman is an exceptional professional dentist and each person on his staff is a highly qualified professional.

I have been to several dentists offices over the years and this is the BEST. All of ther support personnel are great. I would recommend this office to any of my friends or family.

This is the friendliest and most patient oriented practice I have been in my life. You feel like at home, the team work and the services are outstanding.
Dr. Foreman and his team Team are always very interested in providing you with the information you need and ensuring your visit to the dentist in not of concern and I would say to make it an enjoyable experience .

Even though I've only had the pleasure of being Dr. Foreman's patient for 3 months, I came here highly referred by my husband and his entire family. They have been patients of Dr. Foreman's for over 15 years. They are on first-name basis with all of the staff! Their sheer confidence in Dr. Foreman and his staff was what made me switch practices. I had been loyal to my Phoenix dentist for 20 years. This was the best decision I've made! I felt like a member of the family after my first visit. The warmth and comfort they offer is incomparable. I felt as though I had known Dr. Foreman for years. This feeling alone will guarantee my loyalty to his practice for years to come. As a newlywed, I look forward to sending my children here and further emphasizing the trustworthy relationship we all long for in a family dentist. Dr Foreman and his staff are very informative and keep the patient knowledgeable as to what is going on in their mouth through the use of up to date technology! This makes for a much more relaxing and educational appointment. Great job Dr. Foreman and Staff. Very impressive!
About Hygienist: Dr Foreman's Hygienist (Karen) is fantastic. It is Karen that works on 90% of the time, and she really keeps me in tune with what is going on with my teeth, and gums while showing me much of it through their new Digital Technology. Couldn't ask for a better hygienist....thanks Karen!

Dr. Foreman has been my general dentist all of my adult life. I can't image going anywhere else or trusting my care to another dentist. His front office staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about insurance and procedures.
I also had Dr. Foreman do my orthodontics and my teeth turned out beautiful. I would recommend anyone to him.
About Hygienist: I just had my teeth cleaned yesterday. I'm there every 6 months without fail. I always enjoy seeing Karen, the Hygienist. Thank you for all of your outstanding work.
