I moved here 1 year ago and was looking for a good highly rated dentist. Zoc Doc referred me to his office and he had 5 stars with everything. I try not to take too much out of some reviews however believe me when I say that you will not be disappointed. They were quick at getting me in and the quality was top notch.
About Front Desk: I sometimes get disappointed when a friend tells me about a movie that they saw and how great it is then it doesn't live up to the high expectations. Give Dr. Pulkrabek and his staff a try. You will be happy you did. They take my PPO dental insurance and gave me an accurate estimate for the cost of the treatment. They were within $5.00 difference when the insurance paid their portion.

Good family oriented office. They take my dental insurance and we were able to take care of every family member all at once. The kids liked the TV's and prizes at the end of their appointment. In the past we used a pediatric dentist for my children. I never realized that having a good family dentist, plus having TV entertainment would keep my kids still and cooperative. I was first referred from a friend at my office.

I needed an appointment in the past and called several offices listed online however, the other offices were not able to work around my schedule. i called Dr. Pulkrabek's office and the office manager was very helpful in getting me an appointment immediately. That was several years ago, and I have been a patient of record ever since. I would not go anywhere else. Highly reccommend this office.

Their office was very accommodating. I had a tooth ache, they got me in right away. The Doctor was professional and personable. Good chairside manner. I was only planning on having my toothache fixed. However, everything worked out better than anticipated and it was so successful, I dicided to stay. I may even refer my parents to this office
About Hygienist: Very good, ontime.gentle. I did not have to wait. My teeth feel clean.

I recently had 2 fillings at Family and Cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Pulkrabek was very gentle and professional and competent. This was the best experience I had ever had with getting cavities filled; I felt hardly any pain. Before, the fillings, he spent a lot of time with me explaining the problems.
This is one of the few dental offices I have ever been to, where I do not have to wait a long time. When I go back Dr. Pulkrabek and the assistant both spend a lot of time with me, and I don't feel rushed. The office manager is always very helpful calling my insurance and explaining my benefits.
Also, the office setting is very upscale and relaxing and up to date.
I would highly recommend this dentist - they treat you like a VIP!
About Hygienist: The dental assistant was very nice and helpful. She helped me to feel very comfortable.

I had a titanium implant placed by an oral surgeon. Dr. Pulkrabek placed a porcelain crown on top of it and it was quick and painless. The quality was worth it. They even have a free replacement policy for a period of time as long as I get a cleaning every 6 months. My insurance covers my cleanings anyway so it is kind of like a second insurance policy.

I have never had a Dentist so helpful and concerned about my overall health. After having had general dentistry done at Family and Cosmetic dentistry and discovering how detailed Dr. Pulkrabek was, I decided to have veneers done at that office. I had braces twice before and still wasn't completely happy with the way teeth looked. I am very pleased with the results of my veneers even though I am very picky.

I have lived in Phoenix for 13 years and did not have much success finding a good dentist until I met Dr. Pulkrabek. He took the time to listen to my questions and needs and made me feel welcomed from the beginning. He gave me a new smile this summer by doing Lumineers for me. There was no pain whatsoever and it went exactly as planned. He and his employees are top-notch!

Very nice Doctor and Helpful staff. It's a stress free environment. I used to be afraid of going to the Dentist, now I feel relaxed.
