I try not to be a jerk about people with 1st languages other than english. Hur could not speak english in a manner that I could understand. I had to have the girls tell me what he was saying. This is a normal experience i guess. He did not even try. One of the girls there had said that she translates a lot for him so not to be bothered by this. So excuse me if i dont feel comfy with someone i cannot communicate with operating on me. I went in for the xray and a cleaning. I was a new patient. She gassed me for cleaning, it didnt work. I was in severe pain and complained. She said it was all the gas she could give me and to suk it up basically. Then i bled from my gums for hours afterward. This is the worst i have ever been treated by a doctor (Hygienist) of any kind.

About Front Desk: They were ok

About Hygienist: She was mean and stabbed me with a pointy metal thing several times and made me bleed. Told me to suk it up because it was all the gas she could give. ....If it hurts then youre doing it wrong... duh

About Hygienist: Friendly, down to earth people

He is very respectful and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and knowledgeable.

About Hygienist: One of the hygienist comes across sweet but I have seen her treat others disrespectfully and she tends to check personal email during your appointment and sends instant messages talking about people. However she did a good job cleaning. I always feel uncomfortable with her so I hope to get someone else but I love Dr Hur to much to leave

He's very up front, honest, and doesn't INSIST on doing costly work. I very much appreciate him & all his staff.

About Hygienist: VERY NICE & GENTLE!!! Doesn't downgrade you and very friendly and supportive.
