I was 15 minutes late but called ahead to let them know. Not that that mattered when I showed up they said I was too late to see anyone today. I was supposed to have a root canal and a crown setting, now I have to wait till next week in agonizing pain to see a dentist and that cares. I'll never go back here, and I'll tell everyone I know my experience in hopes no one will make the mistake I did in trying this joke of a dentis and incompetent staff.

About Front Desk: Can I leave negative stars? They don't deserve the 1 start minimum. HAVE SOME COMPASSION FOR PEOPLE IN PAIN!

Dr. Elliott, I'm at a loss for words as to tell you how wonderful my experience was with him. I have NEVER had a painless experience at the dentist in my life until I meet him today. The numbing shot was pain-free, and although he offered me the option to raise my hand if I felt anything at all during the entire procedure. Although, I never needed to. The actual procedure was gentle, even though I was having a root canal done. If Dr. Elliott did regular practice, I'd make him my dentist in a heartbeat. Although since he is a specialist I will have to just see him as needed, which I hope will be few and far between.

About Front Desk: The ladies in reception were both wonderful. They were pleasant to talk with, and make sure that I was promptly taken care of. When it was time to check out they made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. The Dental Assistant got my dental pictures taken right away, and double checked the information I'd provided to make sure everything was in order. Numbing cream was applied in anticipation of Dr. Elliott's arrival. She was both professional and kind.

I had a broken tooth and he extracted it. Im a real chicken when it comes to my teeth and he made me feel at ease. I will definately go back again.

Do not use this's Endodontists!!!!!!!!!! I have never been to somebody that cause so much pain ... On top of everything he is not personable . GO TO SOMEBODY THAT CARES ......... Dr. Elliott does not !!!!!!!!

I had a root canal done by Dr. Elliott recently and he really is a "painless" Doctor. i was nervous going in, and when I left I couldnt beleive that I was Finished within the hour! He also was very personalble and made me feel calm about getting this work done.The Staff there was also very helpful and willing to help with any questions that i had. I would recommend anyone that is needing a root canal to see HIM !

I had a painless root canal in a very quick visit! The office is very nice with a great small staff. I felt very at home and will return to dr elliott at his Saginaw office whenever I need to see an endodontist!

I am such a chicken with anything that has to do with dentists. Dr. Elliott was such a great surprise. Being told that I needed a root canal was terrifying but I was scared over nothing. Dr. Elliott was very patient with me, very informative and you could just tell, he cared about putting my fears to rest. Can't say enough good things about the overall experience. To sum it up, it was painless and much quicker than I expected!!!

About Front Desk: The staff was great! Very helpful, and funny...they definitely take away the "waiting room anxiety". Keep up the great work ladies!

I am not pleased with the work I've had from Dr Elliott. He kept me waiting while on a personal call for over 20 min. Staff rude ... And it was painful!!!!!
