GREAT doctor-TERRIBLE Office staff The doctor is fantastic---sadly the woman that does the billing is unable to communicate with the customer and exposes him/her to HUGE copays despite the fact that insurance covers it 100%

Fraud! charged for proceduresI was looking for a new dentist and one call to this place was enough to cross it off the list. The receptionist sounds like she hates her life and is rude and unfriendly. She responds to all questions in a lazy I don't care manner, and when you say thank you, she said "uhuh" and hangs up. No thank you back, no goodbye. I'm sorry but that kind of customer service is atrocious. I don't know how people like that end up getting customer service positions when they clearly have zero people skills. At this point no matter how good the doctor is, the receptionist's ridiculously terrible attitude is a deal breaker. not performed

About Front Desk: Rude and argumentative If I could give negative stars I would. They overcharge you, upsell you and claim everything is needed. I have been to many dentists and never had to pay. I fortunately have great insurance. I walk into this place and they always say "you owe us money" I'm always like no I don't owe you anything. Just do what my insurance covers. I went and got second opinions and sure as shit they were selling me a heaping pile of steamy crap that I didn't need. USE CAUTION HERE. THERE ARE NICE TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR BUT OMG.....NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I had an evaluation done on my front tooth. By three endodontist in the last year. I went to Dr. Rakich twice, first he had no clue what was going on and noted that my pre existing root canal was healing and wanted to see me 6 months later. 8 months later he misdiagnosed me and wanted to charge me $600 for a root canal. i went to another endo. a and turn sour I had a tumor in my upper gum above the root canal. When I called to ask to speak to him the staff was completely rude and argumentative. Also hung up on me when I told them what was going on. And said " go head and take her service elsewhere we don't need your money"

I am absolutely terrified of dentists. I had to go for a root canal since the pain was unbearable and I had no choice than get it fixed. I asked around and I got the same recommendation from several people-Dr. Rakich. This guy is the best; I felt no pain at all during the procedure. Trust me, you can go through root canal every day with this dentist...

Dr. Rakich did my root canal that I was somewhat nervous about. He explained to me what he was going to do, and then told he would get me very numb so I would be pain-free. Any time I felt anything I let him know, and he immediately stopped and gave me more anesthetic. Treatment was a complete success.
