Dr. Baier is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever had. I have always been very scared to go to the dentist, the shots always scared me. Dr. Baier is very kind and attentive to any pain or discomfort you may have. He always comes up with the best plan to fit your needs perfectly. I live in Athens, GA and I have no problem driving an hour to see Dr. Baier. The entire staff are so kind and caring. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would.

Dr. Baier is professional, caring, and very well-educated about dental health and cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Over the years that I and my entire family have been patients, we have all experienced superb dental care. As a result, we have excellent dental health. I have referred 3 friends to Dr. Baier, all of whom have been very happy with his work. I feel very lucky to have such a knowledgeable and accessible professional for my health care.

About Front Desk: Always caring and competent. I've had treatment for an emergency right away, and I've scheduled my cleanings with ease. I drive over an hour to get to the office, and the staff is always helpful and accommodating.

About Hygienist: Thorough and professional

I was referred to Dr. Baier when I moved to Atl. from a good friend. Dr. Baier and all of his staff are friendly, educational and really care about my personal health and needs. I have never had such a overall look at my dental health. If you are looking for a dentist that will give you the full picture of your needs and guide you into what you want, Dr. Baier should be your choice. I will never go anywhere else!

About Front Desk: The office manager is amazing! From the first phone call to each and every time I come in. She was able to help me express my original needs and always makes me feel like family when I go in.

Dr. Baier and his staff are extremely sensitive to the customer's needs. Very professional yet kind. I would recommend their office to patients of any age.

This used to be a good practice when Dr. Golsen had it. He was a dedicated and skilled family dentist. Dr. Baier has taken this practice away from family dentistry towards cosmetic dentistry and seems to be upcoding to procedures which are not covered by insurance. Seems like rates are high and charges much more than insurance will allow. Charges for unnecessary fluoride treatments Hard to get an appointment. Overall, gotten very expensive to stay. Seems like they do not want us anymore because unless they can make more money from us, so we are leaving.

About Hygienist: They cannot keep a hygienist for very long. Last time she worked on me she piddled around for and hour and a half , charged me for debridement (whatever that is) and did not clean my teeth. Previous hygientist hurt me every time. Wanted to schedule extra cleanings not covered by insurance.

Great destist, great staff, pain free- all great except he doesn't take any insurance!
