Worst dental Practice out there. Both my wife and I have gone here and had the worst service. My wife had a cavity and Dr. Rice could fix the issue the first 2 times and on the third time after getting a baby sitter to watch our kids they called while she was in the car and half way there to let her know that Dr. Rice could not be bothered to come in that day and that they would need to reschedule. I had a root canal done here and I scheduled my follow-up appointment to get my crown put in. They never called to confirm appointment and then said that I never scheduled one. Blame put on me for their mistake. We took this as a sign to leave and find a new Dentist. Karen at the front desk is a joke and when I complained about these issues she said well come back in and we'll fix it. Yeah right not going to come back to Hack Dr. Told them that we were not going to pay the bill. Was sent to collections. When we showed them proof that we were having to get all the work redone they claimed they never received the emails from my new dentist and then they took us to court. They ignored my phone calls and told me to talk to the collection agency. When I went that route it took them 2 weeks to get any kind of answer. Don't Waist your time
About Front Desk: Dealing with Karen at the Front Desk is about as enjoyable as getting your teeth pulled. She is quick to lie to your face and ignore your phone calls when you try to confront poor customer service

Finished 2 implants, 2 crowns and a bridge. He screwed it all up and charged a fortune. He is not good and can't even clean up his own bad work. He is a first class liar and I have never seen such greed. He is a thug in a lab coat.
I wouldn't recommend him to work on dogs. He is a typical N word, trust.

Dr. Rice's office mad me feel completely comfortable during my entire visit! I have known Dr. Rice for many years and he is a great dentist and a good guy all around.

Times of going to the dentist can be very stressful, thinking of possible pain and the fear of all the noises, but Dr. Rice and his office staff have a way of easing your fears. The waiting room is very relaxing. You are greeted with a smile, and you feel comfortable when you walk in the office. The Procedure is pain free and he (Dr. Rice) has a way of making you feel more relaxed. Loved the experience, and I have recommended him to my friends.

Dr. Rice is an excellent person and dentist. He has always provided excellent service and care to his patients. I had many problems with my mouth when I first visited his office and it is only because of him that today my teeth are in perfect condition!
Chair-side manners are hilarious! He always has a joke or 12..that helps to ease the tension of any procedure that you have in his office.
About Hygienist: I LOVE his hygenist...I cannot remember her name but she is awesome! Very thorough and knowledgeable. She has cleaned my teeth and mouth many, many times!

There are not many things that I greet with fear and trepidation but due to early childhood dental trauma, having to see a dentist rates right up there on my top five. Dr. Rice, has made my dental visits not only pain free, but worry free. His ability to provide state of the art dental technology at affordable prices, combined with excellent chair-side manner has made me rethink dental appointments.
Sitting in the waiting room is like visiting with an old friend. The staff is excellent at making each patient feel comfortable.
While I don't believe that I willl ever be 100 percent worry free about a dental visit, at 95%, I do feel that this is as good as it gets.

It has been my pleasure to have been referred to Dr. Donald Rice. He has the best chair-side manner and he is very concerned with your comfort level. I was terrified when I began going to him but not anymore. His office is beautiful and calming. His front desk staff leaves something to be desired, however, the rest of the staff is terrific. My daughter loves Dr. Rice too! All my nieces and nephews are now going to him also.
About Hygienist: One of the hygienist was too rough with my daughter in the 14 years, however, we've never had a problem before or since.
