I moved away from Kansas City earlier this year and there is one thing I definitely miss. That is my dentist, Dr. Compton. You may ask why would I miss my dentist. Simple, I have never had a doctor that can cared about my well-being as much as Dr. Compton. She was always very responsive whenever I had any questions or concerns. She is amazing with her attention to details and her devotion to her patients was apparent on my first visit. After searching for a dentist in my new city for a few months now I fell that I was quite spoiled to have Dr. Compton as my dentist.

I was sent to Dr. Compton after a friend recommended the practice she works in. I had just chipped a Wisdom tooth, and needed a clear-cut plan to have my Wisdom teeth removed, and resume a standard yearly dental health plan after a 6 year absence.
After having 3 teeth pulled, and numerous fillings repaired/replaced, I feel like she did an excellent job at making me feel welcome and relaxed. I highly recommend her if you need a dentist!

I contacted Dr. Compton after a recomendation from my previous dentist at the University of Iowa, he suggeted to try her being she was a student of his and if he was in Kansas City and needed work done he would have her do it. She has a great midwestern professionalism and is always more then happy to do what you request.

I went to Dr. Compton on the recommendation of a coworker. I had not been to a dentist in 10 years, so I was not looking forward to my visit. I could have not been more pleased with my experience. My wait was brief and everyone was very friendly. But most importantly, my chipped tooth was repaired quickly and without pain, and I have had no trouble with it since. I am now a loyal dental patient, going back every six months for my cleaning. I also happily recommend Dr. Compton to anyone that tells me they are looking for a dentist.

I became a patient of Dr. Lindsay Compton just over a year ago after my previous dentist retired. I've had problems with my teeth ever since I was a child, and going to dental appointments has always been stressful. Sometimes I would even lose sleep before going to my appointments. Dr. Compton takes this stress away. Instead of making patients feel ashamed or uneasy, she works with them to deal with current problems and improve overall dental health. In addition, her staff members are just as great. The check-in and check-out processes are efficient, scheduling appointments is easy, and insurance is filed in a timely manner. I have already recommended Dr. Compton to several of my friends and co-workers, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

After my favorite dentist retired I was afraid it might take years for me to find another one. Fortunately, he recommended Dr. Compton to me, and now I have a new favorite dentist.
My wife and I have been going to Dr. Compton for 1.5 years (3 regular appointments). We've been pleased with every visit. She is extremely kind, thorough, and smart. Both of us have some "special problems" (implants, crowns, retained primary teeth, fillings, invisalign, etc). She understands the problems, and goes the extra mile to make sure these items are given the attention they need.
In addition, her office staff is efficient and friendly. They understand insurance and are happy to explain it to you.
In short, she is great. I would recommend Dr. Compton to anyone.
