Dr. Arakelian is my "go-to" dentist, whether it's for a routine check-up and teeth cleaning, or an emergency situation, like a tooth-ache or a chipped tooth.
Although he is busy, he makes the time and does a very good job. I've been extremely satisfied every time I've gone there and have recommended him to family and friends.
The staff is caring and very pleasant, and his prices are very reasonable as well!

He does a good job, but you have to be careful when handling your finances with him.
He lies all the time, sucks out insurance money, and asks to pay extra cash in addition.
The best way to deal with him is to have a written contract from the very beginning. Pay attention on your insurance report and your co-payments. Also, his office doesn't have good communication skills.
I’m not recommending this doctor. There are so many good doctors around.

Dr. Arakelian does an excellent job.he is the best dentist i have ever visited , and i have visited many dentists.he does a great job, he makes you feel comfortable and cared for. It feels more like a paradise than a dentist's office. he is just the best!!!

Everything was fine. The job was well done, the facilities were clean, the staff was curtious. He even took my time to answer my questions about braces. Everything was fine except for one thing. One of the reasons that I went there was because my gums bleed everytime I brush my teeth. After my deep cleaning, I asked what should I do if they keep bleeding. He said "they won't." I asked this question over and over again, and he gave the same cocky response. I had to resort to asking the staff at the desk to get my questions answered. That was a total insult. Of course, they still bleed to this day and I will not be going back there again. I suppose if you want to go in and out without a word, then great, go for it. But if you want your questions to be treated with respect, find another dentist.
Also, the procedure was around $800, and $104 with insurance. His actual time spent was 5 minutes with the novicane shots and 10 minutes cleaning. Then there was another 10-20 minutes with the assistant. Seemed a little expensive to me but I could be wrong.

Like most people, Dentists are not always my best friends...HOWEVER Dr. Arkelian is the best! I cannot thank him enough for the concern, the expert care and the follow up that occurred with Oaks Dental. I refer all of my friends to him and his staff. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

Dr. arakelian is by far the best dentist I have been too. I have referred many people to him. He is not only a great dentist but also a great person who is willing to work with you, not just do the job and get it over with.
