Some of the staff dentists are bad dentists.I had to wait 2 hours for service once. Even though I had a scheduled appointment . Another times my appointment was completly lost by the staff.

I literally left in tears today!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this outdated, unfriendly, unprofessional, ancient, could give a "darn" about their patients dental office! I had an appt today with Dr. Cho at 1 pm because my bridge came unglued and was loose. I had a root canal less than 6 months ago. They took my xray and Dr. Cho comes in briefly and says it doesnt look like we are able to save your tooth. Mind you this is the first time I saw her today after the xray was taken and then she left..... OK, so most of us have some fear of the dentist and when she made her announcement and then walked out made my heart palpitate. So about 15 minutes later she comes back in and shows me what she is talking about and is now stating I will need to get extractions and dental implants. So I requested if I could get a 2nd opinion. I do not want to just allow extractions if my tooth can be saved. She lets me know that she will have Dr. Alan Grant who is also the owner come in and see me. So besides being freaked out about what Dr. Cho's diagnoses is, all is ok up to this point. I stand up out of my chair to stretch and a jolly, short man who is very flustered and annoyed looking, looks at me and yells saying he can't see me right now about 3

Two Crowns .... both porceline ... one was shaved down too far and shows the metal below ... no discount or replacement just so sorry..... .... If I knew of another dentist I would go ... but stuck here ....

Easy going, honest, and very cool to talk to. Each of the Doctors is very good, with great chair-side manner. After seeing two other specialists for chronic ear pain, Dr. Grant diagnosed it in about ten seconds as TMJ. He was right.
About Hygienist: Super sweet. Friendly and effecient.

Dr. Grant is a good and honest dentist. However, with the selection of dentists today, I tend to rate the dentist AND front office staff. The receptionist at this office has repeatedly been rude to both my husband and me. Both in office and phone interaction has been negative.

I received services at Dr. Grant's office. Dentists were great and very professional but the reason I changed my dentist was Dr. Grant's office personnel. I was put on hold for long periods of time and front office personnel were extremely rude. None one ever called to remined me of my appointments.
I was really happy with my Dentist, unfortunately I couldn't deal with the bad customer service from the front office personnel.

Time is money. Time is valuable. You can never get a moment back. The only thing I hate about this facility is how LONG one has to wait. Do not schedule a 4:00 appointment, because you won't get seen until 6:00. The back-up is horrendous!
Other than that, the facilities are sanitary, the staff is eh..., the dentists are at the top of their field. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

I always am comfertable going to Dr. grants office they know me by name and i treat them like close friends. Dr. Kim does most of my work and is the best dentist ive had to date.
If ur looking for a calm place to relax theres no better.

I am amazed that there are no comments listed. My visit was to say the least, was a walk in the park.
From a very bad previous experience at a dentist in West Covina, I was reluctant to return to ANY dentist.
I can honestly say that I will look forward to making another appointment with Dr. Grants office!
