Andrew Miller had me crying with pain and was completely oblivious to that fact. I had gone in to have an extraction. Told him I had been to the Dental school in Pueblo and asked what he thought of that idea (it was CONSIDERABLY cheaper) to add a tooth to my existing partial, but he did not know anything about this school. I made the appt. to take my partial to the dental school to have the missing tooth added to it. Then 3 days after Dr. Miller had extracted my molar, I was going to put my bridge in and got it out of the container that the assistant had put it in only to find out that the good doctor had cut one tooth off of the bridge. He did not discuss this with me, but he knew I was going to the school to get it done. When I spoke with him yesterday about my concerns, he could have cared less and took no responsibility for the bridge. To make matters worse, it has been more than 2 wks. since the extraction and I've had nothing but trouble and more pain, he finally prescribed antibiotics. Now I have to see an oral surgeon because I don't plan to let Dr. Miller near my mouth again!

I feel like he is all about the money. I had a second and third opinion done and he diagnosed work that did not need to be done. I question his morals

I honestly can't believe Dr Miller has ever received a positive review. The entire time I went there, he never once mentioned a teeth cleaning. He provided a horrible excuse for a denture, and told me I needed 2 crowns due to decay under the filling. My current dentist found ZERO decay on any of my teeth. Miller is a fraud and a crook, and he knows it (as he refunded some money to me in order to avoid issues w/ his BBB rating).

About Hygienist: He wouldn't assign one to me, even tho I'd asked for a cleaning since Dec 2012

Dr. Miller and his team are excellent at cosmetic procedures and they're great at standard fillings! I highly recommend them for these procedures. Also, Dr. Miller doesn't seem to know his limits. He is not well-versed in crowns or root canals. I've had a most terrible experience because he just doesn't know when to say that something isn't in his scope of practice. A crown and root canal of mine lasted just under 5 years. I'd already had a new dentist so I went to see her. I needed a root canal retreatment and she sent me to an endodontist. Then I went to Dr. Miller to ask if he'd pay my portion of the crown replacement, since insurance expects them to last at least 7 years. He offered to crown it again to make it right. I appreciated that and figured the crown should be fine. The big work had already been done. Well, I went in for a crown lengthening procedure. No one told me what it was. I was in pain for 2 months, downing ibuprofen. My dentist told me yesterday what Dr. Miller had done (which is standard and fair). Looking it up now, he should've sent me with care instructions back then. Anyway, I got a new crown put on by Dr. Miller and it has failed. Now my tooth is being extracted, just a few months later.

I have been visiting Andrew Miller for approximately 5 years, I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with Dr Miller, I gave him business, my wife and a coworker, I have been back to his office for revisits numerous times, for crowns no fitting properly bite issues, crown falling 2 times and crowns cracking 2 times, according to Dr. Miller the crowns cracked due to a bad batch of composite that he received. I recently had a crown replaced and Dr. Miller and apparently he severed the lingual nerve while applying the local anesthetic, Dr Miller referred me to an oral surgeon which I visited and the surgeon informed me that I may need surgery to repair the damage if it can be repaired, I lost my job so now I have no medical insurance so I contacted Dr. Millers office to have them pay for my treatment and Dr. Miller had his office manager call me and tell me that Dr. Miller was not responsible for this action that this is my problem. This is very reckless behavior on Dr. Millers part, he knows this is malpractice and that he should be responsible for it. Where I come from people for the most part have integrity and are responsible for their actions, you cannot go in live making money and screwing people over. Dr. Miller,

When I moved to Colorado back in 2007, I found Dr. Miller and his staff by luck! It had been several years since visiting the dentist and I knew I would need quite a bit of work performed. I had everything from replacing old fillings to wisdom teeth extraction. Although I was a bit anxious, Dr. Miller and his team did a wonderful job. I've been back every year since then. Even after having multiple procedures done (crowns, root canal, fillings, cleanings, etc.) I can't say enough about how wonderful and patient the entire team have been. On a side note, it is a true PLUS to be fitted for a crown and have it placed the same day. Many people I've spoken to are required to go back on a different day. I really lucked out finding a great dentist on my first try in a new town!

About Hygienist: Andrea is wonderful! She is very thorough and gentle given my sensitive gums. Even through, now having braces, she is very patient during my cleanings which I know can be quite time consuming. She is still just as detailed as before.

I had several fillings. Dr. Miller allowed a tech who was doing an interview and was unfamiliar with the equipment to do the fillings with NO supervision. My Novocain ran out, the fillings weren't set right and had to be redone, and, a year later, still don't fit right and cause pain daily. It was horrible. Dr. Miller gave me gift cards to try to make up for it, but the fact is, he was negligent.

It took me ten years to find Dr. Miller! I had gone through "nice" dentists who did not meet my high expectations. Their services were limited and their staffs were self-absorbed. On top of that they charged more for less service and results. I am used to superior dentistry and kept looking while my teeth suffered. Then thanks to an emergency, I found Dr. Miller on line. I was looking for "COMPETENT" and am happy to report that Dr. Miller is that and beyond. I know that I am demanding and have high expectations. That's not an issue for him because he, too, has very high standards as evidenced by the topnotch people on his team His over-qualified staff is impressive. When we first met, we dealt with the emergency and then sat down and worked out a three year plan to fit my needs and insurance coverage. That plan has been completed. My teeth are on view all the time because of the language teaching I do. I cannot afford to be in front of students and be embarrassed. Dr. Miller understands this completely. So, when a bridge turned out to be less than expected, Dr. Miller understood my concerns and dissatisfaction. He redid the work so that I can feel confident. I recommend Dr. Miller and his team enthusiastically! What a find!
