I had a great experience today at Dr. Haggermans. The staff was friendly and didn't ask too many questions while I had their tools in my mouth :) I enjoyed the conversation and learning about my hygienist. I have always been impressed with the quality of their service, the tools they use and the staff here.

Dr Hagerman was very upbeat and completely non-judmental given my "non-compliance" to good dental hygiene
I needed a partial bridge and he did a great job setting me up for that and making necessary minor adjustments
I'm a complete wimp re/ dentists and knew my teeth were in disrepair but he took me on and helped me get to a place where I could make a non-pressured decision regarding this bridge
And......I am completely satisfied even delighted with the results
He also did a couple of fillings and extractions (did I mention my mouth was a mess!) and that also went smoothly.
Very simply, he has redeemed me from the throes of poor dental hygiene and got me back on track to taking care of oral business which I have done so far.
So I think indeed , you can teach an old dog (I'm 64) new tricks. The skill of the "trainer" is paramount and Steven Hagerman is good at it.
I'm thankful for his work

About Hygienist: Great hygienist. She let me know I was "non-compliant" in a very non-judgmental way and that I was among the 90% who were also "non-compliant". In a peculiar way, that was reassuring! She did good work

My wife and I, our children and many of our grandchildren have been going to Dr. Hagerman for at least 25 years. He is the best! We have benefited from his commitment to his practice and his patients. Year in and year out he has taken advantage of new technologies, and "best practices" to make sure our treatment is the best. He assists us with insurance issues and has always been reasonable and fair. We would recommend him without hesitation.

I had not been to the dentist in years because of my bad experiences, but when I went to Dr. Hagerman I was amazed. I had 4 extractions and some other work done the same day. NO Pain, none and I went back and I'm going back again. My kids said they enjoyed their visit also. I needed him in my life years ago....... I have made many recommendations to many people.
About Hygienist: The staff makes you feel at home. They are courteous, friendly and they make you feel welcomed. After the visit and you've spent all of your money, they are still nice :)

very nice and great personality as well as the staff, my dental hygenist or assistant is the greatest. She took fun and great photographs of my gums on a digital camera
