Dr. Raymond & his staff are very professional. I would highly recommend him. We have being going to him for about 4 years and have not had anything but a wonderful experience even when my child had to have work done. Dr. Raymond went out of his way to make my child safe & comfortable. He explained to my son before hand what would be happening. We plan to continue with this dentist until we no longer need a pediatric dentist.

I never do reviews. Don't usually take the time. But seeing the negative review, I had to speak up. For the 7 years my three children have been coming to Dr. Raymond, we have never had a bad experience, and I don't see a hint of pretentiousness in this caring pediatric dentist. Our kids have actually always enjoyed coming here, which given my childhood negative feelings of going to the dentist, that's huge! He knows exactly what's good for kids and how to handle their fears, pain, etc. We've had lots of work done with no major complaints of pain. We don't live in Westlake, and I've never witnessed him speaking differently or down to certain clients in any way. Seems like the negative reviewer was maybe having a bad day. This pediatric dentist and his office rocks!

this is the most pretentious dental office ever! Can u say oxymoron! pun intended! they have mostly Medicaid patients w the random Westlake family. Dr. Raymond treats them completely different. Just watching how he treats/speaks to patients differently in the open style setting is a joke. He gives one minute of time to Medicaid and all time in the world to regular insurance patients. He is very snobby and fake when talking to your child as well. His tone makes you sick, very scripted and condescending.. And his fru-fru office with flatscreens, fancy glasses and toys are just coverup! Hygentist are mostly nice and caring.

Absolutely wonderful with all three of my children. He is very friendly, thorough, and trustworthy. He only does what is necessary and does such outstanding work.
