Bi-lateal jaw replacment with TMJ Concepts implant. Pian is worse that it was, cronic sinus infections. No help!!!

I am very disappointed in Dr. Wolford. He made little to no effort to communicate with my orthodontist so the result was very undesirable. My upper maxilla is lope sided. I have come to know that this surgery was very unneccessary. I have been so depressed over my trust in him. I will have to live with this for the rest of my life.
