I cannot express how impressed we are with Dr. Burleson and his staff. Never before have we been to a professional office that goes so far out of the way to make their patients/customers feel appreciated and make each visit special. The staff is amazing, the appointments are always quick and right on schedule, and the staff has went over and above in fitting us in for lost brackets, broken wires, etc. We LOVE this office and cannot imagine going anywhere else!!

My son had his first stage of orthodontics with Burleson. We NEVER met Dr. Burleson. We were seen by assistants and one partner who I believe had her degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. We would never have agreed to this if the practice was not recommended by a good friend and we thought this was standard. When my son was ready to start stage 2 of his treatment we were taken into a room with a person who tried to sell us a $20000 plan for our whole family. They had no idea if our whole family needed orthodontics and at NO time did anyone discuss what the next stage would actually involve or what the results would be. We switched to Dr. Dorsch and are very happy we did. He is the ONLY doctor who sees my kids. And he is available at any time to discuss treatment not money.

We are finishing treatment with another orthodontist. Was told by the staff member Ashley we would have a partial refund because we had paid in full for my daughters braces. We were told by her in a face to face meeting we would have it in 30 days. It is past that date and we have never seen it and no one will return any calls or messages we leave.

Dr. Burleson helped assess and develop a treatment plan for me that didn't interfere with school or work. It was the best decision I've ever made.

I would never recommend anyone to him. They will treat you nice when they are collecting your money but as time goes by especially at the end of the treatment it's something different. Do research on your orthodontist before you choose one.

My suggestion shop around before you decide to go with him. They are very nice at the start but at the end they treat you like crap. Customer service is very, very poor. I would never recommend anyone there. Don't let the nice building at their a Briar cliff office fool you.
The plastic retainer that you get don't even worth $10 and to replace it is $275. The office staff is very rude.
