Overal a great dentist. She is a perfectionist and will offer all the possibilites regardless of your financial standing. If comparing prices, then yes shes more on the expensive side but if you're comparing quality of work then there are very few people with her skills.

I broke a tooth and learned that it would need to be removed - with my options being an implant or a bridge, I was devastated. Talk about feeling old - yuck - a bridge is like a baby denture! Dr. Young came up with a better solution that allowed me to save the tooth. No one else was able to come up with a viable solution. It involved a combination of braces and minor gum surgery. She oversaw my treatment with my local orthodontist/periodontist. Her idea was brilliant. And it works.

Dr. Young is very professional and never puts pressure on you to do a procedure, although she will make suggestions. I first went to her with a chipped front tooth and she did a wonderful job. I have insurance, but have to pay upfront then the office will bill my insurance and I receive a check in the mail. She is on the expensive side, but has the latest technology, including a lasar gadget that checks for cavities. Her hygienist is friendly and thorough. I've never left the office in any pain. The receptionist is very helpful-they always call a week ahead of time to remind you of the appointment, which is much more helpful then getting a call at 4 pm the day before. I would definitely recommend her.

Procedures were endless, pain was non existant, cost was too expensive, insurance help was minimal, chair-side manner wasn't around, hygienists quit every other day, the front desk girl is really really really really really annoying. Did i mention the front desk girl is really annoying?

I had a reccomendation from my dentist to go there since I have experienced a LOT of problems by my orthodontics. She is a very in detail dentist, her first examination can take up to an hour since she writes down every detail on each tooth. I went there and have the best impression but at the time to have the stimation she charges more than double than other dentists and do not take any kind of insurance, is pay first and then they help you doing your paperwork with they insurance. I was very sad to walk out of there, but I REALLY couldnt afford those prices. So, if you dont have money to go there, just avoid the first visit ($209), because all you gain is sadness for not being able to afford what could be a really good dentist.
