Excellent, knowledgeable Dr. If he can't do it no one can do it.
I had a Beverly Hills dr. who ruined my teeth, implants in my
sinus and bad implants that caused infections. Dr Kaner
saved my life by making the right decisions with removing the implant and cleaned the infection. He also cut off a different crown along with some tissue and buried the dangerous one that is in my sinus.

i've had my entire mouth treated for bad gums and have had 2 extractions and bone grafts with implants by Dr Kaner.
He is the best. Cares for his patients, keeps the pain level to a minimum, follows up and his results are fantastic.
Also an awesome skiier.

Dr Kaner did an outstanding job with two separate bone grafts as well as a tricky, difficult implant. He's enormously skilled and experienced and has a sculptor's sense for navigating dental terrain.

I highly recommend Dr. Charles Kaner to anyone who needs dental implants. Dr. Kaner did my dental implant procedure around 6 months ago and I am very impressed with his level of expertise and the amount of time he spent explaining the procedure to me. My implant did not cause me any discomfort and the office staff was very courteous and helpful.

My regular, mostly check-up and cleaning dentist (Martin Man) recommended implants by Dr. Charles Kaner because, in Dr. Man’s experience, Dr. Kaner’s work never has to be corrected or redone. Dr. Man did say it would be expensive.
Dr. Kaner turned out to be a very thorough dentist. I decided to make everything as perfect as possible and to obviate any future dental problems as much as possible. In the end this amounted to planning for seven implants. Along the way it entailed four bone grafts (including one sinus graft), some periodontal surgery, and some lesser procedures such as two complete scans, one below-the gums cleaning and two additional cleanings. Dr. Kaner emphasizes preventing infections. At Dr. Kaner’s suggestion, one implant was later rendered unnecessary by grinding a fraction off one tooth instead.
The work has been in progress for almost a year. Most of the time is waiting for bone grafts to firm up. Only one implant remains to be done. The front bottom teeth were done first. Dr. Man put the crowns on them six months ago. Since then they have been as perfect as he foretold, as forgettable and fully useful as natural teeth and no problems cleaning them or otherwise.
Cost for everything, including crowns, prescriptions, etc? About $46,200. I knew I could spend a lot less by having the work done in Mexico or Bangkok, but I wanted the convenience and quality assurance which were being offered in New York. I paid for everything in one calendar year, which meant paying in advance for a lot of the work, and I kept my adjusted gross income down as much as possible for that year. As a result, over $39,000 of this was tax deductible.

Dr. Kaner performed bone-graft surgery that solved a long-term problem that had eluded all other treatment. He has the rare ability to focus on a problem, consider all its dental elements, and execute the required surgery perfectly--I am forever grateful for his work. He and the other people in his office are exceptionally kind and thoughtful.

I am grateful to Dr. Kaner every day of my life for the bone-graft surgery he performed to solve a long-time problem that eluded all other treatment. He is that extremely rare person, a problem-solver who is able to frame a problem, take all dental factors into account in seeking a solution, and execute perfectly as a surgeon. He and the other personnel in his office are exceptionally thoughtful and kind.

I highly recommend Dr Charles Kaner to others who will need dental implant procedures. He was highly recommended to me by my previous dentist who retired. He provided me with free consultation to make sure that I was well informed of my treatment and oral needs. He is very professional and provides high quality of care. He was gentle during my treatment and always makes sure that I was free of pain at all times. I am very satisfied with his work.
About Hygienist: Dr Robin Leventhal is my hygienist for 4years. She is very efficient and precise in keeping my teeth clean. She has a gentle touch and knows exactly what she is doing. She provides high quality of care and thorough cleaning of my teeth. At the end of each treatment, she always provides me her evaluation and informs me about my oral needs. I am very pleased with her.

I have known Dr. Kaner for about 15 years. He is a very talented Periodontist. I have been able to preserve my teeth because he has taken very good care of my mouth. I have had perio surgeries in his office and I go there now for regular cleanings.
About Hygienist: Dr. Kaner only have dentists to perform cleanings and other fancy procedures. Even if he is not in the office, there is always a licensed dentist to take care of the patients for him. I have the confidence that I am in good hands.

I've gone to Dr. Kaner for dental surgery, 3 extractions, 3 implants including bone grafts. I've been seeing him since 2005. I like him. There is a friendly family atmosphere at his office and he and his staff are very professional. Most importantly I am happy with the results of my dental work. No one likes going to the dentist but Dr. Kaner makes it as painless as possible. I've been pain free and that's what I care about most. I will continue with Dr. Kaner for as long as I need dental care. I would be happy to recommend him to family and friends.
