This is a review of the practice. Do not expect to be seen at your appointment time. I have had to wait every time. Waiting is the topic of conversation in the waiting room among patients. Great dissatisfaction. I opted to have a temporary bridge made. I was never able to use it due to pain and improper fit. It was adjusted numerous times , but unsuccessful. I asked not to be charged, but I paid for this costly useless item. Keep a close eye on your bill. I paid something at every visit. About 4 months after the last visit I received another bill that they could not adequately explain. The person I talked to the last time was condescending and rude.

About Front Desk: Polite and efficient.

This doctor is very careless if not negligence. I thought I had a sinus on April. So I took sinus medicine. In May, I went to doctor Codelli who has been my dentis for year and he took 3D X-ray. I thought after reviewing the x ray, especially 3D, he would have seen my infection; but no he didn't. Then he pushed back my cleaning two times. I got frustrated and went to another dentist. Here, my new dentist alarm me that I have a serious infection at the spot where I thought I had sinus. He asked how could your other dentist didn't see this. It is so large! I then have to go through a surgery to remove the large infection. My surgeon told me that I'm at risk of loosing my tooth. I'm waiting for the lab result. Also, I was in Dr. Codelli office one time when I witness his patient rushed to the hospital due to complication at his surgery office. Before you go to this reckless man called Gregg Codelli, think again. Be very afraid.

I had 3 implants over a painful period of 2 yrs and 30k. and they failed after 4 years and now I am spending a fortune to have his shoddy work repeated. He stated that I was a smoker & had gag reflux - neither are true. He is too fast and makes mistakes at our expense. When I returned with problems he mislead me to think I was only going to have one laser treatment and his notes to my General Dentist stated a treatment plan of 7 months.

About Front Desk: Old staff is horrible, newer staff are kind but those bad and abusive attitudes are contagious.

About Hygienist: Too expensive and no different or better than my wonderful general dentist and his amazing staff.

My Experience: Dental Implants

Duration: The 3 implants took 2 years to complete and they failed after years and 30K later. Front office and staff are horriblee and and rude.

It was not the least expensive option, but it was well done, pain free, and not stressful.

Several years prior to meeting Dr. Codelli, I broke one of my upper front teeth at the gum line and had it extracted. Several periodontists told me that that an implant in that location and considering my extreme overbite would never be successful. Dr. Codelli performed a bone graft with an implant, the first of five implants. The implants are rock solid and have survived five years of what most dentists have described as an "alligator jaw". I have not compared prices because to me implants are a lifetime investment and in my opinion Dr. Codelli offers the very best in dental surgery. I am currently living in Houston and next year plan on traveling to Atlanta to continue the restoration of my teeth. I would not trust anyone else with this work and I hope that anyone reading this review will contact Dr. Codelli for his professional recommendation of what needs to be done to restore your teeth. The entire staff are pros to the hilt and go above and beyond what most clients would consider to be personal care. Dental work of this type is never fun or inexpensive, but I have always felt that I was being taken care of by the best. Best regards, Roger Jensen

Dr Codelli has done 3 implants one being a front tooth and I am so happy with the results. I was very scared of dentist due to bad experience but from the moment I called the office for an appointment I felt comfortable. The front staff is very busy but they always manage to answer any questions and take care of my needs. Dr codelli is on my insurance, one of the few, and I only had to pay my copay for implants. The ins girl I forget her name even tried to get some procedures covered under medical. My surgeries were exactly as they told me what to expect and to my surprise the pain was minimal. Well worth it to have my front tooth. Dr s chairside was good and assistants were very pleasant. I received a call at night from the assistant just to see how I was doing. I have rec many friends to this office and they also have had great experiences.

About Hygienist: Nicollette was my hygienist and she was like having the Doctor work on you. She is very knowledgeable and from what I see she wears many hats in the office. The office was always clean and recently got a much needed face lift which turned out beautifully.
