While we were initially happy with Dr. Roberson we did not stay that way. The office made several billing errors that they were unable to correct through our insurance costing us a lot of money.
Additionally, while I felt they responsive it was just because I had no one to compare them to. After numerous problems (including a several very unsuccesful flouride treatments) we decided to find another dentist.
What a difference!!! We now go to Dr. Dawn Woo in Issaquah and her staff is so much friendlier. Also, she seems to schedule more time for each appointment and is always on time. Kids are given as much time as they need to get comfortable, including playing with the equipment (the "magic straw" they get to suck water with is always a hit). Dr. Roberson is adequate, but for the money you can get a lot better service elsewhere.

My daughter loves going there. We've been going there for about two years. They are so child-friendly (well, I guess they ought to be!). The hygenists genuinely care and so does the doctor. My daughter likes being able to see everyone else. She looks forward to going to the dentist. Last time we went, she told everyone in Trader Joes afterwards how much fun she had (she is 5 and got a 2 minute timer from them for timing her brushing). It warmed my heart to see her so happy after the dentist visit.
I gladly recommend them.

My daughter loves Dr. Roberson, however; she did not like the fact that many kids have care in the open and can see each other. They have one private room and that is for major treatments only...So, from a privacy point of view it was not so great.

The hygenists here are wonderful -- very patient and caring towards the kids. We've had less interaction with Dr. Roberson herself, but I can highly recommend this clinic for regular dental care!
