Going to the dentist is not my idea of fun but Dr. Mark Taylor did his job well with minimal pain. Good communication and reasonable price -- a good, nice Dentist.

3 years ago we returned to my husbands home town. We were looking for a pediatric dentist. My husband suggested we use his old dentist when he was a child. We were happy at first. Then 2 years later were start to receive bills that are past due. Calling the office I was informed that the old billing clerk was not submitting the right charges. The new billing clerk is now his Daughter In-Law. It is to late to file with our insurance. The office never once sent me a statement during the 3 years we saw him. The office now is sending us letters to send us to collections if not paid. The money that needed to be paid was paid by me and the insurance. I will never recommend the dental practice again.

Dr. Taylor was wonderful with my daughter. She had been weary of other dentists but was quite comfortable with Dr. Taylor. Costs were very reasonable & they offered payment terms with carecredit. I would definitly recommend.

The customer service experience I've had from Taylor Pediatrics is the worst I've ever had from a doctors office. I have been trying to get an appointment scheduled for my 4 year old son with Dr Taylor for three months. I have called several times a day but can't get the receptionist to return a call!
Dr Taylor has been great when I've been able to see him and always takes the time to explain what is going on. If I had not already started down the path of getting a proceedure setup with my insurance, I would have tried someone else a long time ago.
I've never been the type of person who would post something like this on the internet but my hope is to prevent someone else (and their child) from going through the same headaches that I have.

Dr. Taylor is a very good dentist too bad his staff doesnt return
calls or follow up on what they are supposed to do.
We have been trying to get info on my daughters braces for
9 months and the person named Rene who handles all this
will not call us back. We have called and talked to her numerous times and she always says ok I will get on that and
call you back. We are tired of being lied to and have found another dentist office who can get the much needed work done
for my daughter.

I am 28 and Dr. Taylor has been my only dentist ever. He has done everything from cavities to braces. I have a wonderful smile thanks to him. He is professional and his expertise is second to none. I would highly reccommend him.
