Dr. Wiley and his staff were wonderful for my daughter. All of her dental experiences were positive. After each appointment Dr. Wiley would show me my children's x-rays on a computer, magnifying so I could easily see what he was seeing. His manner with me was excellent as well. One day in the car my son said if I knew the things Dr. Wiley said to him he knew I probably would never take him back. It broke my heart to hear him tell me how dismissive Dr. Wiley was to his pain and how his staff would ask him why he couldn't be as good of a patient as his little sister. It bothered me because I would expect a pediatric dentist to be good with children. I took my son to my dentist where it was discovered he had some nerves exposed on his teeth, thus causing the pain during cleanings. The dentist took care of that issue and his cleanings are pain free now however he continues to have dental anxiety because of his early dental experiences. I regret trusting Dr. Wiley with my son's dental care.

Dr.Wiley is a great dentist for my child, we came in as a new patient from another dentist, where we had a bad experiance. He was able to make my child feel comfortable and my son actually trusted him with everything he did. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends.

Dr Wiley is great with children of all ages. He's very attentive and caring! He even acts "silly" for the kid's....they love him! My kids love his office because of the friendly staff. They have tv's on the ceiling with Disney movies playing (with headphones). I would recommed this office to anyone who is looking for a dentist for their child! My kids are now adults and still wish they could come here.

I took my daughter (age 9) in to have 2 baby teeth extracted & it was one of the worst experiences ever! We had gone to him before for an exam and cleaning & he is of older age (should retire) & from the "old school". My daughter was terrified of the Dentist & would not calm down. He suggested that I have her seen by a therapist. Becuase of the experience, I did not take her to the Dentist for a few years (luckily no cavities!) & we went to the Orthodontist reccommended by a friend of ours. I LOVE the Orthodontist & trusted their recommendation of the Dentist & thought that it might be better since my daughter was older. She was again terrified & would not take the "magic air" & was really crying. He was very impatient with her and said "Now this is just Bulls--t" to her when I was watching from the window, he yelled at her, put his hand on her mouth & told her to calm down. She was already numbed up and I figured at this point just pull the teeth so we can leave. After we left, I had him call me & he admitted to swearing and felt that it did not go the way he had wanted. He continued to blame it on my daughter, that if she only calmed down. I got no resolution from the call just excuses.
