I called her emergency number on Saturday night because I was in a great deal of pain. She returned my call right away and helped me to understand what was going on with my tooth and opened up a time in her schedule for me to be treated. I appreciate her caring nature, professionalism and promtness. She is truly a great person.

I had a Root canal. The root canal was done cleanly and professionally. I think the doctor has a very sterile manner when speaking and explaining to patients.

I was all freaked out, as I hadn't seen a dentist of any kind for some time. My fears proved to be completely unfounded, and I was put at ease right away. My tooth is all better, the experience was very positive & while I don't want to go through it again, I'd definitely go here if I had to go anywhere.

I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist's office. I had a pretty invasive root canal, and Dr. Buoncristiani called me at work and at home to check up on me during the next couple of days. The office is very friendly and they make great efforts to be as accomodating as possible. It's very relaxing to be able to look out at the water and watch the birds instead of having to look at some boring posters about caring for your teeth. I had some complications post-surgery, but Dr. Buoncristiani was very concerned and helpful with everything. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a dental procedure.

Dr. Mindy Buoncristiani is hands-down AMAZING!
I have a great terror of having dental work done and needed to have a root canal that had caused me pain for a couple years re-done. To add to the challenge, the tooth was on a side of my mouth with nerve damage that is very hard to get numb.
She was wonderful at understanding my concerns and setting me at ease. She was expert at getting me properly numb for the procedure, explaining the x-rays to me in detail, and completing excellent work. The infection that was causing the long-term tooth pain needed a second treatment of antibiotics and Dr. Mindy happily met with me, at no extra charge, to explain what was happening with my tooth and discuss treatment options before we proceeded.
At the same time I was desperate to find a new dentist who could create the new crown for the tooth, plus understand my special needs. She immediately had two people to recommend to me - I've completed the new crown with one of them and that experience was great too.
Her staff are excellent and her office setting, set on a bayshore in MIll Valley, is a real treat. Her equipment, including an enormous Zeiss microscope are mind blowing. SHE'S ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE BEST!

Dr. Mindy is out and out fabulous. She is in Mill Valley now, in the Shelter Bay complex. She has a wonderful, serene office overlooking the water and will even open the sliding glass door if you ask her to. I went to her to retreat a botched root canal that I had been trying to deal with for 15 years. I was extremely scared because of a previous experience that left me in extreme pain and failed to fix the problem. She not only didn't hurt me, she drove me home (with her receptionist who was on her first day in the office!) when she wasn't sure I could drive. I was fairly sure the procedure wouldn't work, but after 3 months I found that she had saved my tooth! She is a really lovely person, and her assistant and receptionist are great too. I really can't recommend her enough.
