Dr. L. William Schmohl, a third generation San Francisco dentist, graduated from the University of California School of Dentistry in 1970. He received a Master of Science in Orthodontics from Case Western Reserve in 1974 and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontists in 1987. Before opening this San Rafael practice in 1987, he had an outstanding and progressive orthodontic practice in downtown San Francisco. He is a pioneer in the development of invisible braces as well as incorporating the newest techniques to minimize removal of permanent teeth to create beautiful healthy smiles. He and his wife, Janey, have four children and the whole family enjoys skiing, tennis and hiking.
