I recently visited Dr. Tuft for an infection that was causing me a tremendous amount of pain. She was so sensitive to my concerns and had such a gentle touch, it was comforting to know that i had chosen the right dentist for the situation. In the past, i have had great phobias about doctor/ dentist visits but this visit enabled me to look past my fears.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. TUFT BECAUSE SHE'S ONE OF THE BEST OUT THERE!!!

Patient Review 2:
Unfortunately Dr. Tuft performed two fillings for me which turned out to be of very poor quality - leaving rotting underneath her fillings.The first bad procedure was brought to light by constant ongoing pain following the filling. I went back to Dr. Tuft and the problem was treated by sanding down the filling. After the pain spread up my face and towards the ear and i suffered some face swelling she eventually figured out that i needed a root canal. This bad filling caused 4 months of discomfort.After this episode i never went back to Dr. Tuft.The second rotten filling was discovered three months later by another dentist - who thankfully managed to remove the filling, clean out underneath (very deep into the tooth) and save me from another root canal.I do not recommend this dentist. One mistake might be forgiveable (although it turned into a very painful and expensive mistake). Two mistakes suggest better steer clear.

Dr. Tuft is an extremely professional dentist with a gentle touch. I've always enjoyed my visits to her office for dental cleanings and for other dental work. Friendly staff and nice office with a great view. The previous dentist that I use to see recommended a long list of dental work that needed to be done. So when I saw Dr. Tuft for an opinion, she advised a different but satisfactory route that gave me an affordable smile I've always wanted. Her office doesn't accept Delta Dental, but I don't mind visiting her because I love the great job she did for my smile.

Patient Review 4:
I went to Dr. Tuft for a few years. In general everything was fine. However, at some point I needed a crown. I came back for the visit where the dentist sees how the new crown fits. The porcelain top of the brand new crown had a visible chip from the fitting, and a dark color was showing through. Dr. Tuft tried to convince me that she could just "touch up" with a matching light color to hide the chip. She tried to fit the crown on but it needed to be sent back again to be remade/reformed for a better fit. I did not appreciate that she tried to make me take a brand new crown that already had a defect on it, especially that her office's prices were quite pricey compared to the same procedure at other offices.

She does not have the best bedside manner. She suggested treatment that was not needed and was not covered by insurance...the staff is not the most efficient. For the cost, you can get better service elsewhere.

Patient Review 7:
Dr Tuft replaced a crown and part of the string used to hold back the gum got glued under the crown. I complained about this string and a bad rotting smell for three years. Then the crown chipped and I went to another dentist who removed the rotting piece of string. She did; however, refund the money for the crown after some amount of hounding.My gum is still recovering a year later.
