Dr. Arabatyan is the cosmetic and general dentist at Sutter Dental. His background in art school was one of the deciding factors in going into dentistry because of the connection of artistic restoration of patients' smile, and the dentist artistic talent. Therefore, Dr. Arabatyan considers his patients as walking art. However, Dr. Arabatyan is first and foremost an oral health provider with a strong foundation based on the practices of preventative and comprehensive dental care. He loves his profession and it comes across to his patients in a compassionate and caring way. He takes his time to listen to his patients' concerns and anxieties, and works through the fears to make them relaxed and comfortable during the appointment. In fact, his patients are eager to see Dr. Arabatyan because they are sure to learn something new each time about improving their healthy smile.

Patient Review 1:
High marks for Dr. Arabatyan--he takes the time to thoroughly introduce himself and his practice philosophy, and is happy to explain in detail what he is doing and why. I had two cavities with composite replacements in by upper back molars--very difficult to access. Dr. Arabatyan has excellent technique, making sure to keep the mouth dry while replacing the composite filling--a critical step, and perhaps the reason why I had problems with these fillings, (done by another dentist). More importantly, these fillings are a perfect color match to my natural tooth surfaces--and because of his former art school training (including sculpture)--he is able to perfectly mimic the shape and color of a natural tooth--grooves and all. He is very gentle and really makes sure that you are feeling no discomfort--overall a 5 star experience. Great for regular dental work, and if needing cosmetic dentistry in the future, very skilled at that art as well. Thank you to my new dentist! Also--the nicest front office staff that I have worked with in a long time. Courteous, friendly, and acts like the office cares about the patients--she treats them like patients AND customers! Keep her she is the best!

Dr. Arabatyan is an excellent dentist. Throughout my treatment, including a root canal, he was very informative, appeared genuinely concerned about my comfort level, and even called my home to see how I was doing post-procedure. I would definitely recommend him to friends.
