Their billing, however, is atrocious! In my expereince, I have learned to expect the first bill for services over 90 days after the visit date, and note the interest charges for account charges over 90 days! Calling up does often rectify the situation by eliminating the interest charges, but proper records maintenance would avoid the extra step on my behalf. Note that my most recent visit 45 days ago has yet to produce a bill, and yet the clock keeps ticking for payments due!

Furthermore, the bill is impossible to understand, with credits and charges listed for procedures done years prior. So, I am never truly sure what I owe until I ask for a complete itemization of incurred charges! I am not sure if my experience is isolated or not, but it has prompted me on more than one occasion to look for other dentists with better billing departments.

And this is saying a lot given that I have issues around nerve damage in my mouth that make getting me numb difficult, a very low pain threshold, and an admitted dread of any unfamiliar dentist. I, like many people in their 50's, had horrific dental experiences as a child.

Instead of making me feel the usual shame, he reassured me about my fears and explained important information I'd never known about my dental care.

Jeff's a real perfectionist - he had no problem getting me numb, had the technician making my crown come in for an exact color match, and designed the crown so perfectly NO adjustments were needed when it was set.

Jeff's staff are top-notch. I was leaving for African in a few weeks so everything had to be expedited. Karen, at the front desk ,took care of everything. And Angle, Jeff's dental assistant, is excellent.
