Dr. Santos is the best dentist I have ever gone to. I work in health care and am quite picky when it comes to doctors. Whether I've seen Dr. Santos for a standard cleaning or for more complicated procedures, she has always provided top quality care.

Dr. Santos is extremely skilled and pays much attention to detail. She almost always does the dental work herself and is very careful and patient.

It's easy to schedule appointments with her, and she is always accessible. When I referred my friend, who had a dental emergency, to Dr. Santos, she called him back from vacation in Hawaii the same night!

You can't go wrong with choosing Dr. Santos as your dentist!

I promise a wonderful experience.

Dr. Santos is an excellent dentist. It's been six months since I started seeing her but I had many procedures done. I had 12 filings and a crown from her while listening to music from wireless headphones. I had a second opinion who said the same things and went back to her. The filings were painless; she has painless anesthesia equipment too, no needles! You don't feel anything while she is giving you anesthetic other than the beeps from the equipment! The crown was done in 20-30 minutes. All the work done looks very nice. She also realized immediately that the root canal treatment I had done 7 years ago was not done properly, so she sent me to an excellent endodontist, Dr. Richard Bronson. That went really well as well.

She is very precise, caring and sweet. She cares about the budget and try to plan the procedures according to your insurance. She actually saved me a lot of money by doing a temporary procedure so that I can wait comfortably until I can get my wisdom teeth extracted next year. She is in network with MetLife therefore offers much lower fees than normal if you are covered by MetLife.

Her staff is very friendly and caring, too. Her office is very cozy and convenient (on Fillmore!). I definitely recommend her!

Dr. Santos is the best dentist in the state of California. She is thorough, caring, and has a sweet demeanor. Her office has state of the art equipment for both non cosmetic and cosmetic procedures. I had over 7 fillings and a deep clean from her. ( these procedures were painless). I never had an problems with her dental work (which I had from other dentists). My soon to be orthodontist even complimented my dentists work during my consultation. She noticed how nice the fillings looked in my mouth!!

Her office is clean and comfortable . Her staff is exceptional. You couldn't find a better union of people. I am an extremely difficult patient (I have anxiety and the world's tinyest mouth) and they are very patient and precise.

Dr. Santos and her staff are the best!!!

Looking for a VERY experienced and GREAT dentist ? Search no more and go to Dr. Santos-Berkowitz !!! She is soo experienced and working soo precisely, you can feel it from the first minute on. Trusting a dentist that you do not know is hard, but I promise you, youﾴre going to be just as happy as I was after finding her. She did an outstanding job on my cracked back molar and I got a perfectly fitting crown in only 1 seating, due to her great device CEREC. She is actually able to manufacture your new 100% fitted crown in her own practice within only 30 minutes. She has the newest device, painless numbing, makes enlarged pictures of your tooth and explains you every detail about it and takes all the time necessary to answer all of your questions. I will recommend her to all of my friends!

I don't normally enjoy seeing the dentist nor do I ever enjoy my experiences at a dental site, but after seeing Dr. Santos-Berkowitz a couple times now, I truly don't mind going. Dr. Santos is very sweet. She and her entire staff, including Serena and Mariana, made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Dr. Santos explains each procedure before and during to make sure that she educates you as well as gets your feedback. Her office is decorated in warm colors and feels more like a cottage rather than a cold dental office. All of her equipment is sterile and highly updated. I definitely recommend her!

Dr. Cecilia is awesome....Anyone looking for a new dentist in the Marina/Cow Hollow area will be pleasantly surprised. I love being able to walk there from my place in the Marina. She and her staff make me feel like family. Her office is gorgeous and her equipment is on the cutting edge. Honestly, I love being able to get a crown done on the same day....No temporaries at this office!....Also, she always has the latest solutions to keep my pearly whites nice and brite. I had a great experience with Dr. Cecilia Santos-Berkowitz. She was soooo extensive in her examination with me and I had the most thorough teeth cleaning I've ever had with any dentist.

There was absolutely no wait in the waiting room. She provides wireless headphones whereby you can choose the music you want to listen to while she works on your teeth. But most impressive is that she takes the time to explain in detail the good/bad about your teeth. Oh, and she's highly personable..:)

I highlyl recommend others to try her out.

Words can't describe the work of Dr. Santos. She is a caring, sweet person that talks to you about her plans like if we, me and her, were a team of experts working for the best results.

She explained to me, she showed me what herself could see using some very cute video device, the dosage of anesthesia is done using this machine that apparently gives you only what you need. She worked on my front teeth using some complicated device that will let you leave the office with your crowns and veniers in place, like if nothing happened here, i always had this cute smile.

We all hate dentists, but Dr. Santos will certainly work on your anxiety and make the experience less stressful.

The result of her work? the sexiest Latino smile in the Bay Area.

Highly recommend, no matter how hopeless you think you are.

Dr Santos is probably the best gift I have found myself in San Francisco! She is kind, courteous, friendly and most importantly very good at what she does. On my first visit to her, she allocated 2 hours to do the most thorough exam I have ever had...She explained everything to me that I needed.. explained everything that she was doing, and helped me to prioritize what needed to be done first.

Her state of the art technology, comforting voice, thorough exam and amazing beside manner totally alleviated any anxiety I had. I am the sort of person who has never sat in a dentist chair without tears in my eyes.. I actually smiled through the exam.. was very comfortable and really happy with the service there. She is the type of dentist that I would go to and pay cash for even if my insurance didnt cover it.

She calls it a dental spa and I totally understand why. From the moment that you step in, and are greeted by the receptionist, you are enveloped in a comfortable enviroment. She has two rooms that are decorated differently to help minimize a sterile clinical feeling.

I would recommend her to anyone... especially to those who are nervous about going to the dentist

Excellent overall experience. Clean, high-tech, state of the art office. Excellent care and personal attention from dentist and helpful staff.

She really takes the time to explain the status of your teeth and her best recommended plan to resolve any problems. With the computer displaying the pictures from her high-tech tooth camera, you are able to see all the details she is describing (you never knew this much about your own teeth!). She helps you understand exactly what she will do.

No pushy tactics. She has all dental services available for you, but she does not try to force any extras on you.

I recommend her highly.
