I have been going to Dr. Kafayi since he took over the practice from Dr. Hayes. It is a testament to his work and his style that Dr. Hayes' entire staff is still there. The dental hygientist is a dentist herself and the front desk receptionist is a dental technician -- she really knows what she is talking about. Dr. Kafayi's dental assistant is extremely experienced and a real pro. The highest recommendations.

I went to four dentists before Dr. Kafayi was recommended to me by a close friend. Some had outdated equipment, some were pompous, one humiliated me by holloring, "We have to teach this guy how to floss!" to the whole office. The last one I went to replaced a filling and said I had a new cavity, which he also filled. After those fillings, I kept having discomfort: sensitivity and difficulty chewing on one side. I kept going back for adjustmetns before I realized I was seeing an unprofessional quack.

Dr. Kafayi replaced both fillings, but thought it was a gamble, since my x-rays looked good to him. I chose to have him replace them and I'm out of pain and discomfort completely! I was so impressed that he didn't try to "upsell" me that I had my other two old fillings replaced. He's conservative in his treatments, kind, humorous, gentle and communicative. The whole office is that way. Very professional and well organized, knowledgable, friendly. You have to see this guy!
