Although I have not needed any dental treatment beyond regular cleaning and exam, I have always been impressed by the high standards at Dr. Kadosh's office. The office staff is very helpful, warm, and friendly, and the general atmosphere is very comfortable. All professional staff (dentists and hygienists) are very communicative, and the technology is state-of-the-art. I actually look forward to my dental visits!

The short version is: Dr. Kadosh is the best dentist I have ever been to. Albert, Margot, Christine, Rachel, Danny, Jaime, and the other hygienist who's name always slips my mind :(, have made my dental experience an absolute pleasure!

I had the misfortune of breaking my two front teeth back in March. And, being new to the city, I turned to the internet to seek out a cosmetic dentist. It wasn't long before I was infiltrated with the overwhelmingly positive reviews about Dr. Kadosh.

From the very first visit, my pain and embarrassment were faded memories (mind you I had my two front teeth cracked off at the horizontal), and I was back to a smile within hours. What followed in the next 6 months was a series of appointments that led up to a smile better than I've ever had before. True, I could have simply fixed the front teeth and been on my way, but Dr. Kadosh and I had many discussions involving the integrity of my mouth. I am guilty of not seeing a dentist prior to that for roughly 5 years. Let's just say there was some work to be done!

All of the work done (Crown, Veneer, Filings, Cleanings, Root Canal from Dr. De Leon) was completely professional, comfortable and aesthetic. Truth be told, I love you guys!

Dr. Kadosh and everyone on his team (from the front desk- Rachel and Christine, to Danny and Margo behind the scenes) are consistently caring, attentive to details and exceptionally good at whatever they might be doing for me. My veneer and crown on my two front teeth are remarkably beautiful, healed nicely without much pain and blended right into my existing set of real pearly whites. Before any of these could happen, Dr. Kadosh and his wonderful team worked hard at getting my gums prepared and teeth whitened for this procedure so to minimize any complications and to ensure that things would fit just right in the end. Preventative care and doing things the right way the first time around is the motto for this fabulous group of people! As a registered nurse working in Level-1 Trauma and Critical Care Units for the past 20 years (and a returning student at UCSF Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program in the graduate department and a nursing clinical instructor), I can really appreciate this aspect that is ingrained into their practice. The trip to the peridontist Dr. Gara recommended by Dr. Kadosh was absolutely necessary. A lesser dentist would have taken the easier route!

About Hygienist: Everyone is very patient; schedule changes are inevitable- Rachel and Christine had gone the distance to resubmit my account claims to Delta. Danny cleanses gently, meticulously and pays particular attention to sensitive areas. Margo adds a burst of life and energy to the office and she keeps everything running real smoothly. Although a busy practice, I never once felt rushed during my five years with Dr. Kadosh and his fantastic multi-cultural and multi-talented team!

Over the years I have had fillings, crowns and cleanings. All done without problems or stress. This includes work done for my wife and four children. Dr. Kadosh is my second dentist. The first was my father. I've always been treated with the utmost professionalism by Dr. Kadosh and all members of his staff. Everyone is also friendly and considerate. On my most recent visit I was given a clean dental bill of health, with recommendations to be able to continue this. Emphasis is on prevention, but the times I've required a procedure, the outcome has been positive and long-lasting. He also tells me I'm a good patient, which my father never did. I can't comment on cost, but my insurance is always promptly billed.

Dr. Kadosh is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to. He is also very patient and kind. As far as being thorough, he is beyond thorough! I have referred several of my co-workers to him, including my boss. His office takes good care of billing my insurance and I never have to question anything. I found Dr. Kadosh on the internet. Even back then he had rave reviews and I've been with him for 4-5 years now. It's the best dental experience I've had. I had a wisdom tooth pulled and Dr. Kadosh referred me to the best one. I didn't feel a thing.

Also, all the hygienists and support people are extremely nice and gentle. They make sure I don't feel a thing with my extreme sensitive teeth (during cleanings). I'd recommend them

It is going to be a challenge to find this kind of care in my new home city! Dr. Kadosh worked with Dr. Carrie Berkovich to do my dental implants. Mine was a difficult case since I lost two of my top incisors when I was a kid and, as a result, have been wearing a partial denture for more than twenty years. My treatment took about 2 years, including bone grafts and placement of the implant posts. During this time, Dr. K's office supplied me with the temporary dentures that I needed to get through each phase of the treatment. Each time, the temporary dentures looked natural and gave me good function. Temporary dentures are not very durable, but I tested their limits. Dr. K's office came to the rescue here: either Dr. K himself or his assistant Margo would see me immediately to fix any problems with the temporaries. Dr. K and his staff treated the problem as a genuine emergency, not a nuisance. You really come to appreciate that attitude when you are running around without front teeth! Also, Dr. K's aesthetic sense is impeccable: not only did he give me functional, attractive crowns, but he slightly modified the length of new teeth to give me a more attractive and even smile. I look better than I would have with natural teeth. Dr. K and his staff are friendly and kind people. You'll like them!

I had not seen a dentist for many years before a friend recommend Dr. Kadosh. My teeth and gums were not in good condition, but he was extremely friendly, supportive, and non-judgmental. He wrote up a treatment plan with prices, and now, a year later, I have completed most of the necessary work. I was pleasantly surprised by the advances in technology since I last visited the dentist.

He and his staff could not have been more professional and everyone in the office is extremely friendly. They spend time during an initial visit instructing you in good dental care, and I found that very useful. He and his staff also explain what they are doing during procedures. Dr. Kadosh always did the more difficult work and left the easier work to the other dentist in the office or one of the dental hygienists. I always felt I was getting appropriate care.

I do not have dental insurance, and my teeth and gums required a lot of work so it was expensive, but I have no reason to think Dr. Kadosh is more expensive than other excellent dentists in San Francisco.

I recommend Dr. Kadosh without reservation. If you have been avoiding the dentist, as I did, please go soon. Dr. Kadosh is an excellent choice.

I needed pretty extensive dental care and I have no dental insurance.The office staff is so friendly and accommodating and the facility is spotless. Very accommodating for scheduling times. Comfort is the best I've had. Dr. Kadosh's injection technique is 99.9% painless. I-pods are provided for additional distraction from procedures.

I am very satisfied with the practice and staff. I think the prices are fair and was given a full opportunity to choose to do the most necessary things or to include some aesthetic stuff. I chose the latter.

So I'm the biggest chicken when it comes to the dentist. I have had cleanings, root canal, crowns (and not the one on my head) and a few fillings at this office and have always been the most pleasant experience. Not to mention all of these procedures were all done in one office which means that I didn't have to go all over town to get all my dental work.

Margo, who has been there over 100 years as I am told (ok not that long) has the greatest humor that will soothe your visit and keeps you laughing. Dr Kadosh and Dr Bayer are the sweetest, nicest, and most pleasant dentist that I have ever come across. I especially feel VERY relaxed when the nitrous is used for a more careless mouth drilling.... LOL.

Oh ya, the inserts that they have on the lights above the dental chair has clouds and this ads a relaxing experience.

Not to forget Rachel and Christine, who work in the front are always pleasant on the phone and say thank you at the end of your appointment with a smile when you leave the office. So If your looking for a new dentist with a great reputation, look no further this is the dental practice you need to look into. Tell them you read Jorge's (hor-hay) review.

I recommend Dr. Kadosh. The most important factor anyone should consider is experience. I came to Dr. Kadosh after my previous dentist sold her practice to a couple of newly licensed dentists, who had very little experience and I was not happy. I am condfident with Dr. Kadosh and his experience. Also, another important factor to consider is whether the dentist you chose is a dentist first and business person second. I have been to dentists before when I had the distinct feeling I was being sold things I did not need. This is not the case with Dr. Kadosh. I was very happy when he reviewed my X-rays with me and went over them. Dr. Kadosh explains things and is comprehensive and you don't feel as if you are being rushed. Additionally, I feel the hygienists spend quality time with me and that I get my money's worth. Thumbs up to Dr. Kadosh.

Dr. Kadosh is the best. I have been to many dentist through my life time (because of the situation of my teeth) and I would rate him number 1.

I had implant treatment and it was successful and the front tooth was a perfect match to an already difficult situation that I brought to his office.

He is extremely gentle, you feel no pain and a great chair-side manner as he listens to what you are saying.

I also wear a splint for TMJ and the one fit by him is the best I have ever had and no jaw pain now.

Ther front office is great, all so polite, friendly, they deal with your insurance etc.

I am moving out of the state and when I need things done to my teeth that involve skill, cosmetic looks of the tooth and comfort I will return to his office for Dr. Kadosh to do that work. I was recommended to his ofice by a friend of mine that lives in San Francisco all of her life, she told me he was the best in town and she was right.

Dr. Kadosh had been recommended to me 1985 by 2 of my co-workers, and I am still a happy patient.

Dr. Kadosh is very professional, calming, with a light touch - and very effective. I never have any pain, and the procedure is usullay over, before I realize it.

When I decided on orthodontic care, Dr. Kadosh worked as a team with DDS West for many years, and still does with DDS Gara, my Periodontist. I received excellent care from these professionals.

His staff is courteous, friendly, and very accomodating.

Dr. Kadosh is very precise, professional, and thorough. He clearly cares very much about his practice and patients. I sometimes am afraid of dentists not because of the pain, but because they often try to upsell you to things like whitening. First visit was an extensive review of all risks, second was comprehensive recommendation and consultation on risks, rewards, and costs of each treatment. While extensive, he worked through the highest first, and discussed each next step and the options. As my dental health got better we discussed some less important or cosmetic options. At each point I thought I receive excellent service, reasonable cost, and much better health. His team rechecks prior exams and prior work and results frequently. I needed extreme dental work when I first went to Dr. Kadosh's office. I was very nervous and my mouth was very sensitive. Dr.Kadosh performed miracles for me. Dr. Kadosh worked on my teeth during an important time in my dental history, when all of my childhood fillings were wearing out. Lucky for me! I got the best work in the industry, and it's held up for many, many years!

It was the first time I had ever felt unstressed during long procedures, the decor/environment was relaxing and I actually enjoyed relaxing with my earphones, knowing I had a dentist and assistant that make me completely worry-free. Uhheard of! Another first was being completely pain-free during the 'pinch' of the nasty injection. I couldn't believe it, and it's a story I now tell my kids because they sometimes still get painful injections with dentists in our new area, in this day and age!

I moved away long ago but, everytime a new dentist or hygienist looks in my mouth, they're like "wow, those are beautiful crowns". It shouldn't be a big deal, since they see dental work every day, but apparently the work is that good!

I had two appointments with Dr Kadosh before moving out of San Francisco, both of which went well. I had not been to a dentist for several years previously, so I needed some serious cleaning. My Insurance covered everything, and he devised a comprehensive treatment plan for me which I will follow with my new Dentist.

The offices were clean, the staff was very friendly, and in general I had a positive experience right up until I stepped into the chair.

As I said, my teeth had not been cleaned in several years. Both cleanings I had were quite painful, although this is partially my fault as I tried to suck it up as best I could and not complain. Whenever I did complain, the hygienist backed off a bit. Like I said, if you've been going to the dentist regularly, you won't have this problem.

A final note: New patients must schedule a 30 minute consult with the doctor to discuss their treatment plan, and this must happen sometime after the initial visit. If you're like me and need serious cleaning, just schedule this consult during your second cleaning.

Extremely good dentist, staff, and facility. Even has a selection of CDs to listen to. Dr. Kadosh is always ready to answer questions and explain procedures, which he then implements with great ability. Had several fillings, restorative work, and crowns, and all were done almost painlessly and look good. Staff is quite good. The only negative thing I've experienced is the staining of veneers on some bottom teeth, however, they are not normally visible so it isn't a big concern. The office staff is always both friendly and professional, as are the hygienists, who are always particularly attentive to my individual needs. I always feel that everyone is focused on me as an individual, and have never felt that I've been treated as just another patient.

I can't honestly say how their rates compare to those of comparable dentists in the area since I haven't been to another dentist in San Francisco, but, regardless, highly recommend them and would not consider finding another dentist for myself.

I don't have a particular aversion to dentists' offices, but I have always felt particularly comfortable and at ease in their office. Dr. Kadosh has been my dentist since December 1970 and my experience is that going to the dentist can be pleasant. Before finding Dr. Kadosh, I could not say that. In my early days going to the dentist was a horrible experience. Now there is no pain.

From the start, I liked the approach and commitment Dr. Kadosh showed to me as a patient. He seemed always to be concerned that my visit would be a pleasant experience. In addition, it was apparent from the beginning he was committed to educate, and encourage me to become actively involved in my own preventive care. It was so successful for me that one tooth would have been lost without my motivated preventive care habits. Dr. Kadosh refers to it as my miracle tooth. However, when repair is necessary, like it was for me today, he and his staff were there with their usual skill and concern to fix the problem. It was another tooth, not the miracle one.

When I first started with him, Dr. Kadosh had a team of two. His team has now grown and he makes sure him and his staff keeps up with the most current techniques. The secret to this growth is through continuing education.

I have been with him for 37 years. I am now seventy-five years old. That is almost half my life. Therefore, who would stay with one dentist that long if any of these areas were negative: up-to-date procedures, very little pain encountered, reasonable cost with accurate billing, gentle chair-side manners, competent hygienists, and efficient front desk personnel? All are positive and have been from the beginning.

BUT Dr. Kadosh and his team have changed that for me. i've been going to him for 2 years now and i've never had such excellent treatment and quality.

My previous dentists were less than steller. But I didn't know anything different. My wife got me in to see Dr. Kadosh when I was in terrible pain. He fixed the problem (an absess), and then fixed the other problems I didn't realize I had, and got me into taking better care of my teeth by showing the correct way to floss, brush etc. I now visit routinely. Margo is a great help.....she even writes personal notes when I get busy and forget to get in for my 6 mos checkups. Definitely a winning office team.

Dr. Kadosh has been my dentist for 13 years. He is without a doubt the most knowledgable and proficient praticioner in this field. Both he and all of his staff render patient services in a very pleasing and truly caring manner.

Dr. Kadosh does not dictate what dental procedures or treatments, you must undergo, but rather, reasons with you on the options, likely outcomes and the associated costs.

In my experience with Dr. Kadosh and his staff, I was always satisfied with his advice and the options that I selected.
