my upper right tooth has needed a root canal for years but i haven't been able to afford it, it hasn't giving me much trouble until recently, when the same tooth on the left side randomly chipped and i seem to be missing nearly half the molar. I have just been avoiding chewing on the right side but now i can't chew on the left either. They let me eat soft foods, aren't super sensitive to tempurature, but pressure sensitive for sure. they both have deep holes, where grains of rice and other foods can get stuck and cause extreme pain.
I was told that having teeth pulled will make the remaining teeth shift and possibly give gaps and disfigure your facial structure to some extent. Upon more research i see that after getting a tooth pulled its advised to get a bone graft to prepare for an implant (which i hope to be able to get without insurance as well) within the next few months. My dentist told me that teeth can start to shift the day after extraction, but i read the process of getting an implant requires bone growth and healing after extraction before implanting.
Is there anywhere that does extraction, bone grafting, and implants without insurance? Can anyone confirm or deny any of the information i've found and/or give your own opinions?
