Case Description
I've had a root canal and two retreats on this tooth. It needs to be replaced with an implant or a bridge there is some slight bone loss. I have consulted with a periodontist in Flagstaff, AZ, but I live in Dutch Harbor and the commute to Flag is not feasible. Thanks for any input.
