Case Description
Good morning,
After nine years, I've finally asked my partner to do something about his teeth. He has had braces for the better part of 20 years. I didn't know he's tried to have them removed in the past, but the orthodontists he's spoken with haven't wanted to take on the challenge. Do you have any suggestions for where I can look to find someone to begin taking care of his teeth?
His breath has gotten significantly worse in the past few months, and I worry about his overall health because of the state of his teeth.

go to a general dentist. they can take out his braces. Then take x-rays and evaluate his teeth.

a general dentist, after seeing him, may be able to remove the brackets and evaluate what is needed next. It is likely that a thorough cleaning will be the first step, followed by decay control.
