Case Description
Prior Hx on tooth: filling on this surface. No previous gum disease. No previous root canal . No previous known dentition fractures. Non-smoker. Extremely rare dietary consumption of sugar. No soda or alcohol consumption. Regular flossing & brushing. #32 (3rd Molar) previously extracted. Fractured separated tooth fragment saved in milk. Separation occurred @ 1600 4/25. Visiting northcentral NM. Unable to find emergency dental care Fri pm. Open fracture region of remaining intact molar (#30) rinsed (water, milk, tea tree mouth rinse solution). No bleeding, no swelling. Minimal pain (motrin sufficient). Options?
