Crown, removal of amalgams, fillings, deep cleaning. First consultation visit, everyone is very nice and accommodating. Unhurried, supportive. After that, rushed and do not like their work or decisions questioned. The crown was poorly made, and is too big. Dentist said it was "fine". Did not offer to adjust until I complained to the BBB. Refused refund.

About Hygienist: Hard to rate, as I had three of them. I was not happy with the result, as after the scaling and planing, they did not do a regular cleaning, which left my teeth very rough.

Dr. Heppler is excellent to work with. He is on time, patient centered, efficient, crown done on one visit, friendly, has a great staff and painless care.
About Hygienist: Margo Klinger is the best. Very personable, thorough, very experienced with a passion for her patients.

I have had cavities, cleanings, extractions, crowns and a bridge done by Dr Heppler over the last six or seven years.

You should see the difference between the teeth he has done over the other dentist's.
Flawless.
I never feel rushed.
If you are afraid of pain or shots?
Forget about it!
It does not get better than this!

Dr. Heppler was fantastic. My veeneers look great, and he and his staff made me feel at home. I have also had a couple of cavaties and a root canal fixed there, and I seriously felt no pain. I will definitely return to see Dr. Heppler.
