This was my first visit to any dentist in over a decade. I was quite nervous upon arrival but the staff was very professional and kind to me and I was made to feel more relaxed. It's a small detail but the background music was soothing, old standards and torch songs, and it really made me enjoy my time in "the chair".
I had the basics done, x-rays and cleaning so I can easily say that either I'm a dream patient or Dr. Nichols and his staff are very good at what they do. As soon as I was finished, I texted my father to get an appointment with Dr. Nichols.
The receptionist was very patient with my lack of insurance knowledge and simply gave me a proposal for my future work, so there was no pressure to commit to anything right then.
Nice facilities!
About Hygienist: I did have a Hygenist who was so capable at what she did, I just relaxed and went to my "happy place" while she worked. We chatted about small things and she made me feel pleased to be there, as if we were just sharing time together! There was another lady who took my x-rays, she was so competent, she was able to make something I had been dreading into something fast and tolerable; and then we looked at my teeth on a monitor which was quite interesting. My teeth feel amazingly clean. Why did I wait?

Denture work, free advice. I pay cash because have no insurance.
His chair side manners are great. Feels like talking to an old buddy.
He fixed my ultrasonic cleaner for free. Offered to do it when I told him it broke! Now that's Texas hospitality.
Hire hires the most beautiful women with perfect teeth though I think to attract people. I fell for it before
I met the doctor. .
Oh, definitely recommend him.
But I can't say if he is expensive because originally I'm from MA. I think he's not expensive but have no on in Texas to compare. But spends money wisely on his business.
About Hygienist: Never used one. That's why I have dentures at the age of 55<g>

Dr. Nichols is caring and attentive. He was very thorough and helpful during my initial consultation. Always quick to attend to his patients' needs. Customer service at the front desk was always top notch.

Dr. Nichols is extremely kind. He and his staff are professionals, and do everything they can to put you at ease. Both my son and my sister (both pain "BABIES") refuse to see anyone but him.
If there is such a thing as a no pain dentist, it is Dr. Nichols.
